KAY Jewelers

I went to Kay Jewelers today for my semi annual inspection and cleaning of my Jewelery. At first I was skeptical because I was so use to dealing with someone else. When I saw the 2 gentleman, I said to myself let me leave and come back at another time, but to my surprise they treated me with the best service. Nelvin and Foster, were very polite, courteous and funny. They knew their job and they explained to me about the diamond sale that was going up in April and they were able to explain to me about the different types of diamonds and the difference between them. This taught me that although I might be use to someone else waiting on me, it doesn't hurt to go ahead and try someone else. You never know what you might learn.
Thanks Kay for employing some of the best employees.

I recently went to Kay Jewelers on 3500 East-West Hwy in Hyattsville, MD. I worked with Blue (Mahmoud) who delivered top-notch customer service. I brought in a ring that has been in my family for generations and he handled it with care, gave me honest feedback about what I needed, and even gave me a closer look at it under the microscope. I will be a frequent customer at this Kay Jewelers from now on because of how Blue took care of me and my family's jewelry. I want to make sure his managers know what an amazing employee they have in Blue and I am so thankful for his assistance!

Our sales associate, Akil, at the PG mall location in Maryland went out of his way to make sure we found exactly the watch we were looking for at the best price. Outstanding customer service and a fantastic experience. We will definitely shop there again.

Great experience with Chevon. Went looking for a time sensitive engagement ring, found one, decided I wanted to upgrade the ring the following day, she went out her way to make things happen before the date!
