I use this business often for anything really. In my experience they always are so kind while staying professional. I feel like I'm supporting the community whenever I purchase something from them. When I need something fast, they always try to accommodate me and the quality is always superb. If you want something professional, and unique I recommend giving this place a shot!

This 1927 established business is still going strong; WHY?... Because the associates are so very friendly, patient, and helpful! During our visit they were helping a potential customer via telephone with placing an order. The associate kindly gave the caller so much useful information to protect the customer's project. Now that's what I call going above and beyond the call of duty...that's a real humanitarian!

Gammage Print Shop did a wonderful job helping me pick out my wedding invitations and thank-you notes. There were many options to choose from and they were delivered very fast!! Great service!

Every time I have used this shop for copies or prints, it has been great. If you need it designed, they can do that , too. Always provide the documentation I need (receipts, proofs, graphic options offered) every time. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite.

Strict covid-19 enforcement and no handicap entrance. Business with them is fine and they've even got a Craftsman Printing Press or Sheer of some type. A must see piece of quipped ment.

Fast service and invitations looked great. But was told one thing on what they charge over the phone. Once it was time to pick order up and pay it was totally different story on what they charge. Didn't stand behind what they originally told me. Customer service is very important which is not a quality they have.

Hospitality is really not a strong suit sometimes with this company. Depending on who serves you the customer service is awful! A customer can be talked to with an "What do you want!" type of attitude. Sometimes a company can behave in such a manner because they are a hometown company which has been in business for quite sometime; however this does not give anyone the right to be rude.

They are an extension of FED-EX and I used this company to send something. I asked for a receipt and was told ,"We don't give receipts." When I explained that it was imperative that I have something acknowledging that they received what I had to be given to FED-EX, the clerk rudely stated, "I said we don't give receipts, just leave the box and have a good day" and proceeded to walk off. Another clerk was there and saw the disgust on my face and tried to smooth it over and say, " I am sorry but at this time we don't give receipts, but FED-EX will get your package." I thanked the clerk and left. Please remember to treat your customers with respect and professionalism.

Went here to handle a package for one of my customers lady at front desk was very sweet, but Robin on the other hand very rude, stand-offish and non welcoming. I’m from Warner Robins and was just trying to support a local small business but after a encounter with Robin I wouldn’t step foot back in the parking lot let alone spend my money. Recommend using anybody but this business.
