Friendly easy to shop, but don't have the items that they advertise in weekly add.

Great place to get groceries, Tracey the cashier deserves a raise. She was very nice and helpful plus bags all the groceries by herself while other employees stood around and watched without helping.... Tracey is the best employee I've ever seen at foodlion in Americus, ga.... thank you Tracey

My first experience with online grocery shopping at Food Lion was great with the instacart shopper. I will definitely be using them again. I love how the shopper communicates. My only downfall is app sometimes stop working and nobody will answer phone in the store.

A good place to shop, clean (even the men's restroom), small variety, but good quality. I have never had a problem with their meats, never seen any meat close to their "purchase by date" not marked down. I do not go during heavy shopping hours.

I was looking for a hard to find soft drink from Japan for my son. I didn't have to ask someone for help they seen me looking and took me straight to the item. That's great customer service!!

Store was very clean and sanitized customer service was great the employees were very helpful and friendly. My dad and I didn't have to wait in line I would be visiting again

I found my favorite cereal there I asked Walmart to order it for me they said they did and of course it never showed up I live close to Food Lion and I would recommend them over any other grocery store in town as well as the pharmacy beats Walmart prices hands down! And phenomenal customer service!

Super friendly staff! Prices are competitive. Not quite as cheap as Walmart but having great service and a clean store is sometimes better than lower price.

Food Lion employees are dedicated to the needs of the customer and call shoppers by name, help find any items sought, and show a genuine hospitality not found in other stores.

Very helpful. Usually has what has been advertise on sale or they will give you a raincheck. Enjoy going there.
