Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Earlier today, I decided to swing by Tropical Smoothie Cafe to check out their new lineup of acai bowls. Intrigued by the offerings, I settled on the Green Dream Yogurt Bowl, loaded with mango, blueberries, and coconut shavings.

Let me tell you, it was a flavor explosion in every spoonful! The base, described as avocado and lime, sounded a bit strange at first, but it worked wonders with the toppings. The creaminess of the avocado melded perfectly with the tangy lime, creating a unique and delicious flavor profile.

The portion size was just right for me - not too much, not too little, but just enough to leave me feeling satisfied and energized. Each bite was a refreshing burst of fruity goodness that left me craving more.

After this delightful experience, I'm already eager to explore the other bowl flavors on their menu. Tropical Smoothie Cafe has definitely won me over with their new acai bowls, and I can't wait to come back for more!

I work at a school across the street and was excited when we saw the Tropical Smoothie sign. The ladies that work the morning shift are amazing, quick, and efficient. Keep up the good work.

The cafe at mall in PG Plaza has become a daily stop on way work. The service is excellent and the workers especially Emily provides you with breakfast in the shortest of time.

I go to this place every morning and the service is always great! The ladies that work in the morning are amazing! The food and the smoothies are always on point.

I ordered on the app. I walked in ten minutes after the predicated time my order was ready. I told the employee I have an app order and she proceeded to tell me to hold on. Ten minutes passed and no one acknowledged me. I asked again and she told me to hold on again. Come to find out my order was in a bag sitting outside since before I walked in. The smoothies were sitting outside the fridge this whole time. She could’ve just checked to begin with. I asked for a refund. Bad customer service.

Sometimes service here can have issues... especially when no manager is present ... staff doesn't always know how to handle purchasing issues.

Typically A+. However, not enough adults overseeing customer service to make sure food is prepared correctly via new employees.

I stopped in before work because I was hungry n wanted a smoothie. I ordered a three cheese chicken quesadilla which was quite delicious by the way to complement my smoothie. They sure do know a way to a man's heart. All praises due to Allah, thank u😊

Service can be hit or miss but the smoothies are always good.

I come to this location a few times. Always a pleasure, my smoothie is always of good taste. The young lady (shift leading) always gives good recommendations.
