MOD Pizza

I love mod pizza! They have the best gluten/dairy free pizza hands down. I can't eat either, and I can usually only find one or the other, so mod is a gem. I wish they would either open a spot in DC or go back to delivering to DC. It's a bit of a hike to get there, but worth it imo.

I ordered ahead and I think it came out at exactly the time it said on the order screen. My pizza was exactly how I ordered it! Didn't have much interaction with the staff as I just grabbed it, got a napkin and went outside, but they seemed attentive and greeted me when I came in.

Restaurant looked clean and inviting, nothing to report there. Everything I needed was stocked. Did not use the restroom on this trip.

I took off one star on atmosphere because they had music playing outside when there's other music playing outside from the restaurant across the street which I find super annoying. Please consider turning off the music outside in those cases! 🙏 Major pet peeve for me, and I think others would appreciate it as well.

I love Mod Pizza! The alternatives make living with dietary restrictions enjoyable.
Vegan sausage, vegan cheese, cauliflower crust, etc.!!! Lastly, it's so easy to earn freebies or discounts through their rewards program.

Love the create your own option. And the rosemary on the pizza is amazing!

The food looks, smells, and tastes phenomenal, and at $11 for their largest size, how can you lose? They have great garlic bread, and their crust is great.

The presentation is perfect, as I never felt like I was in any less than a 4.5-5 star restaurant. If you want quality food and to hang out with a couple friends or maybe a love interest/partner, this atmosphere is perfect. It’s pizza with class.

But what REALLY sold me? The SERVICE!!

I walked in and immediately was greeted with a kind hello. It seems that that’s fallen out of practice. The two that worked on my food were Oscar and Chae. They were absolutely ON IT, taking my order and leaving a smile on my face with their small talk and highly professional manner. They have a very aesthetic kitchen area that SCREAMS style, and they worked around the kitchen effortlessly. They knew what they were talking about, they offered me the right deals, let me know what their most requested items were, and even showed me their mobile app.

They have made a returning customer out of me. If you’re looking for a pizza place near Riverdale Park, STOP LOOKING!

This is the best pizza I've had in a long time.
Their 'Mega Dough' pizza is super delicious. Do not forget to get garlic strips/bread.
It's also very reasonable, totally worth of money.
Also, all the employees are so good at serving. Very humble and helpful.

First time having MOD & it was great! The pizza was really good, the store was so clean and the staff was super kind! Jay helped me a lot today, he was really nice.

Mose delicious meal. Although I over did it on the pepper flakes. No name cake is sweet and moist. Lemonade is absolutely delicious.

Pizza was great! I started digging in before taking a photo. Didn’t really like the salad I got though.

I LOVE MOD PIZZA!!! They have some many options for sauce, cheese, and toppings. They also have cauliflower crust.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Mod pizza. I already love their pizza but this particular visit just put them over the top. Visit was on 8/3/2023. BIG SHOUT OUT to the awesome gentleman working behind the counter!!! I wish I had gotten his name. I went in to order a couple of pizzas for my children. Both of them had reached that ‘Hangry’ point, so it had become a stressful point in my day trying to finish up some errands. Long story short, Mod pizza had some issue with their payment system but the gentleman gave me the pizzas so I wouldn’t have to wait for their system to get fixed. That was amazing because I had two hungry cranky children with me who were ready to eat. And also, the pizzas were DELICIOUS!! My children ate those pizzas so fast lol. Thank you for the wonderful service and amazing food! Will definitely be back soon!

This pizza place is so yummy. The options here are endless, if your looking for great pizza and Make your own pizza this is the place. The sizes are really good for pizza too, Mini, Mod, Mega.

Pizza was fantastic, and the crew at this location were nothing short of awesome. Quick, SUPER nice, and very helpful. Definitely coming back!

This our go to pizza place. It's close to the house, we can run over to Whole Foods and get some things (they have pizza too but I'm not a fan).
You have the options of thin or a thicker crust. I also like the size options. The smallest is good for a little kid. The next size up is good for one hungry adult.
For the price, no complaints.

The pizza was very good, the ingredients were fresh.

The place was basically spotless, and the pizza was super yummy! The pizza is a nice size for the price and there were plenty of toppings to chose from. Would go again!

My girlfriend and I have been coming here a little over a year now just to satisfy that craving. This location overall has the best quality food, best staff and overall hospitality is amazing. Other locations don’t quite hit the same as Riverdale park/ CP area. T and J always give the best service whenever we come in. They give you a nice warm welcome, get your food situated the right way, always make your pizza the right way and don’t ever go light unless you ask them to. I cannot recommend this location enough!

This is a pizza chain with lot of topping options. They have a menu but you build your own pizza. They have personal size pizzas which are great for one person at a great price.

Its always great to build your own pizza for a good price. They have a pretty good setup with the pandemic to get you your food and keep things clean.
