AT&T Store

Absolutely the best people there and they are so helpful! Me and my husband went in to trade in our phones and we got the most amazing person and got several lines at a great price and with great promotional deals! Will definitely be going back to this store!

Best experience i have ever had. The manager does a great job and makes sure she always helping with assisting her employees. Nina and jason are very hard workers and always go an extra mile. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

The man in the Towns County ATT store was so helpful. He was kind and straight forward, good personality. He made sure I understood the process and was just overall very good to do business with. He deserves a raise or some kind of recognition because I have used ATT for 15+ years and it is always such a long, drawn out experience that always ends with me having a migraine and this was the first time everything went smooth and enjoyable. Seriously nice guy, will continue to come to this store.

I went to the Hiawassee store. “Hugh” promptly greeted me and listened to the issue. He took the time to explain the problem, solution and successfully resolved the issue, even though he was the sole staff and there were other clients in the store.

The staff in the Hiawassee store listened and cheerfully resolved the problem. Hugh was especially helpful in taking the time and going the extra mile. I appreciate that the Hiawassee staff knows that the clients pay their salaries. I hope that their bosses know that they are appreciated for understanding what customer service means. They are “keepers”.

If you want to be treated as a valuable client, drive the extra few miles and go the Hiawassee store.

I took my cell phone to the AT&T store in Hiawassee, Georgia ...when I started having problems of not being able to call anyone. Brittany, one of the AT&T staff members, took my phone, physically opened up my phone, and went right to what was causing the problem. Within minutes, she had my phone working again. She was very efficient in helping me. I, Larry V. Johnson, highly recommend the knowledgeable and professional staff at the Hiawassee AT&T store.

I love how easy it is to get to this place. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. It’s great to have an official AT&T in our small town.

I highly recommend this store! Jordan was a fantastic Rep. He helped us make our transition from Sprint very easy and he helped us get some great phones. Also the other Rep Brendon stayed past closing just so I could finish my data transfer. I really appreciate both of these men and all their help.

I live pretty far away from my dad and I couldn’t help him when he started having phone trouble on Saturday morning. I called this store and spoke with John and he told me to send my dad over, he was sure he could help. Boy, did he! He fixed my dad’s phone in about 20 seconds and even fixed issues with my dad’s friend’s phone at the same time! Dad called me and couldn’t say enough wonderful things about John❤ Thank you to John, our hero!

Jordan the store rep was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. He guided me in choosing my new iPhone 12 and patiently explained all the new features to me. He is a very mature person for his age and is a great asset to your company.

Extremely pleased with the wholele buying process thanks to Lewis Baxter! Super knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond to find the best buy for us. My husband and I have been back with questions - Lewis has been just as patient and knowledgeable as when we were buying! AT&T you have a valuable store manager in Lewis Baxter!

Lewis and Ashley were of massive assistance. I not only got a free upgrade I wasn’t aware of but I got a huge discount on new DTV service. Customer service was thoughtful and they took enough time to explain so I could understand new products. I advise this store over phone customer service .

I’ve been to a lot of ATT stores. Today I needed a new screen protector. Alexis fixed me up immediately and had me on my way. I told her I’ve bought automobiles in less time than I spend in any ATT store up to now. Kudos.

Great experience at this location! Lewis, the person assisting me, stayed an hour (at least) after the stores scheduled closing time to make sure I was completely taken care of. All the while, he was super pleasant, seemed to really care, and he helped me out ...immensely! Thanks Lewis!

The Hiawassee AT&T store was a great help to me.
For weeks after their 3g shutdown (using a 5g phone btw), I was unable to to make/receive calls, text, or use data, I could not call 611 for resolution, (overall a great time) I could only wifi call from home.
This store's friendly, knowledgeable staff (John and Casey) methodically went through steps to troubleshoot and correct the issue. An exceptional customer service experience, and I hope AT&T Corporate recognizes the goodwill generated by the Hiawassee store. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you Lewis and Ashley for helping me and my brother set up our new phones this past Saturday. ALSO, a big thank you to Lewis for loaning me a phone for the night. My phone no longer would work and Lewis did not feel comfortable with me commuting in the rain over the mountain without a phone so thank you for caring for your customers. AWESOME group of people!
