Once you get past the automated phone system & can talk to a person you can get the information you need.

They're nice and helpful, but they do close down completely for lunch, the hours for that aren't noted here and I would like to see that done.

Absolutely incompetent! They have literally messed up my refills COUNTLESS times. The ignorance that works there is mind boggling to me.

The "manager" Darrell Pounds called the cops on someone because they had a bird in the store. The woman was traumatized by the police, almost lost her bird and SHE WAS ARRESTED... for having a bird and leaving the store when she was asked to. This is not okay.
