New owners, great family-owned business. Always have my clothes ready and CLEANED well, unlike Hi-Tech cleaners. Highly recommended.

The customer service is great, every one is friendly and accommodating. The cleaning service is excellent. It is a tucked away find, Iam glad I found them.

They do good work, but should change their name. They initially were ASAP Cleaner's..same day, next day. Now it takes 3 days.. still called ASAP Cleaner's. 🤥😵

I would not recommend going to this location. I've had 3 or 4 separate incidents in the few months that I've been going to this establishment. They are very unprofessional and don't have good customer service.

On more than a few occasions my clothes weren't ready when they said it would be. Supposedly if it's in by 5 it'll be ready the next day which hasn't always been true. Sometime it's taken 2 to 3 days.

Also there have been times when I've arrived there before closing time to find out that they've closed early for the day which is very frustrating being that this is a cleaners and my work clothes are in there. So after rushing home from work to get my stuff for the next work day you find out that they decided to close early that day.

Again I would be cautious when going to this cleaners, luckily none of my clothes have come up damaged or missing yet! But I won't be sticking around for that to happen too.

Based on customer service alone

Worst experience I've had with a cleaners so far. They have great prices. Hope none of your things get lost. Cause if they do they'll probable give it someone else, as they did me. I dropped off a Ralph Lauren polo coat and received a Banana Republic one in return. This was after i complained a second time. It's been a month and no coat. I'm always told that someone will contact me and they don't. Then they treated me as if i couldn't "afford" such a coat. If you value the things got but please don't come here. The only reason it had 1 star is that you can't give 0.

Less than 1 star --> HORRIBLE! I wish I had read the reviews first - this place is horrible!!! Took my clothes in and picked them up smelling like moth balls, had to argue with the guy behind the counter to make him redo them - 3 days later still didn't have my clothes. This was my first time going and definitely my last! They give small business a bad name - the service is so bad I can't even SMH at it. Then to make matters worse; I walk in & the guy tells me my clothes aren't back - hell if you knew that you could have called and saved me a trip! Did I mention this place is Horrible!!!! NEVER AGAIN & I Would Never Recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. they now loose all belts, promise to bring the belt cart, but do not. I have been to the shop three times and still have not picked up my clothes. I can see my black poka dotted dress hanging on the rails without the belt. Used to be next day after 5pm service. Now the hems are out of several dresses. I brought it to the guys attention and his response was" the dresses must be o". I heard him tell a customer who was upset about not finding his clothes to take his so called expensive suits to a better cleaner. I think thy use a ne place to clean the clothes..probably cheaper. My clothes are cleaned, but ruined because they do not have their belts which is part of the outfit.

I pray you look at these reviews BEFORE going, unlike me. I wish I could give no stars. They need to close. Just take your 1.99 and go to a real cleaners lol I promise you this place isn’t actually cleaning clothes. After three visits I’m POSITIVE they are maybe just steaming things, and that’s it. And the older guy there has an attitude all the time, like it’s YOUR fault he works at the cleaners lol what a miserable old man. And for the record, I wasn’t coming here because of the price, but for the convenience. But it’s not worth it. Took a Fendi sweater here with stains, received it back with the exact same stains. I’m just glad I got it back, looking at some of these other reviews, you might not get your stuff back. They’re not gonna be in business much longer, I can bet money on that.
