The gentleman in the store today (I think his name was Dominic?) was incredibly helpful with my PS4 issue -- cannot thank him enough! Really great service.

Today, in the store, Don and Pixie helped me solve a really frustrating gift card situation that no one online or at the GameStop customer service hotline could figure out. They went above and beyond to help me, all while keeping the store humming and the line of other customers moving quickly. The store was cleaner and more organized than it’s ever been and they were just so great!!

this place is great. the one in the strip center near cvs is nowhere near as good. i drive past that one to get to this one. they actually take time to spend with you and get you what you want. at the strip center they ignore you and act not friendly. i never go there anymore. the guy with braids is always there and he acts like a tool. he is an adult, but even the kids that work at this store are a million percent better than him. plus, it is clean, organized, and has a good vibe every single time. it must be a good manager there because it is a consistent difference in what should be the same or similar kind of experience when you shop in a chain store less than one mile apart

When my Xbox One X bricked out of nowhere, they swapped it out for a new one, holding one for me all day while I was at work after a phone call the night before. Workers are super friendly and knowledgeable about games. Definitely won a customer!

There were some technical issues with there store equipment, but the service provided by the store attendant was above and beyond anything you would expect from someone trying to fix equipment issues while helping customers at the same time.

I love going to Gamestop. These people always know what they're talking about, and they give honest opinions. I was about to buy a zombie game on sale the other day and the guy won't ring me up. He tells me it's trash. I look it up later: it's trash. I just bought my Xbox One X here and by the end of the convo I knew what teraflops were. And I love being able to trade in old games and buy new ones FTW.

Provide very good customer service, sells wonderful products for games systems & other by items as well as offers and request/ recieve suggestions on what might be a better game to purchase. In all this is a wonderful place of all ages to go to if you're into games.

There's a Spanic guy you should give him a raise his nice I buy an x box and games he gime me so many recommendations about earthing preo owned or new this store is amazing was my first time in there I recommend to go buy brand new and used games🏆
