Jeff Strickland - State Farm Insurance Agent

I switched to statefarm years ago & it was the best change I have ever done, I have several services through State Farm and I am completely satisfied with all of them, no other insurance can beat them, and Nikki is always so helpfull anytime we need something.

Nikki & Dana are GREAT! Jeff has been my agent since we moved back home from Texas in 1995.

Every request takes a lifetime to get an answer on. I shouldn't have to hound someone to get answers on policy questions. The last requests to them took 11 days to get a response. We have never filed a claim, and rarely need anything at all, but the once or twice a year we do need something showing proof of insurance or adding new equipment to our policy, it's like pulling teeth.

We finally left, and no surprise - it took forever to get them to provide their end of the paperwork on that too. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Pros:Girls in the office are nice. Can be very helpful, at times.

Cons:Mr Strickland will not make any attempt to help clients who are being treated unfairly by State Farm. No help with claims, at all. He definitely represents State Farm, NOT his clients. May be the standard behavior for agents, but very disappointing.
