Sullivan & Company is a superb accounting firm with a knowledgeable, efficient, and responsive team. We work with Raj for family's personal taxes, and he is thorough, has deep understanding of the tax code, and explains more technical issues clearly so that we can make the right choices.

Paul Sullivan's firm has been my accounting firm for 14 years.
For 14 years I have been so well taken care of by this firm. Whenever I have had a question or an issue I have always received a prompt response. Every single person that works for this firm treats me as though I am the most important client they have....trust me I am not the biggest client they have.
I know my taxes are taken care of. I know that any question I have will be pleasantly and promptly answered.
This is not some big corporate accounting firm to whom you will just be a number. I know that they know me. I can put a face to the name of every person I speak with on the phone.

A few years ago, I consulted with Sullivan about my small businesses and I was curious what their rate would be along with their customer service level. As an owner of multiple businesses I need extra explanations for topics that I am not familiar with so that I can make business decisions. Sullivan on day one said that I was welcome to come in on site to ask questions and I would have any questions answered thoroughly. I have visited the company multiple times over the years and also handled the majority of my questions through email and phone calls. They have gone to bat issues and resolved problems. If you have questions you get a thorough response not an instant answer which makes me feel more satisfied that I’m getting someone that actually cares to think about the question. I have researched other accountants in the area as far as Baltimore down to Virginia and these guys are top-notch providing a personalized service. The owner of the company Paul even contacts me to check in and asks me some follow-up questions the senior accountant Radka also emails or calls me with questions or answers with my questions, I like the visibility here with this company and I recommend them to anyone who has a small business.

There are not enough superlatives to describe my trust in and admiration for Rahul Kedia at Sullivan & Co. I’m not sure how long Rahul has helped me with my accounts and taxes (I’m sure it has been more than 5 years) but I can always count on him for sound advice and accuracy. I was Introduced to this firm by my tax attorney who wanted me to get a very good accountant after dealing with tax issues with the IRS. I was given the opportunity to start a new business and needed to have a good CPA firm that handled advising small businesses. From 2016 to 2021, I worked with Mr. Sullivan, the owner, who helped and guided me on starting a second business. I also worked with Rahul Kedia at the firm. Sullivan & Company has been a steadfast partner for 10+ years. In that time they have ensured that I have stayed in compliance with applicable Federal and State laws. I was in a jam, I needed 1099's asap because the the national chain payroll company I use lost the information a sent them. the 1099s never went out and tax filing date is approaching.The national chain told me 6 weeks to get them
I contacted Paul at Sullivan and Associates one of his team got right on it and filed the needed paperwork with the IRS and had them in my hands in 36 hours! thank you

Sullivan & Company has been my personal and professional accountant since 1990. They monitor our financials throughout the year and reconcile our QuickBooks and payroll expertly. Sullivan and co. were very helpful during the shutdown of my software company. they negotiated shutdown procedures for me in several states, saving me several thousands in the process. Very thorough and professional, felt like I was in good hands from start to finish.
