It was an Emergency water issue at midnight Iwent on line and found Definitive very professional !and prompt and took care of my issue and Gave me informative information moving forward 👍

We have been using Definitive for the past 10 years and they are always professional, reliable, and prompt. Once again, I called them in a panic two days ago because we had a backup on our laundry room floor drain. Keon came late in the day, diagnosed the problem quickly, offered to fix the problem that night (9pm, which they would have finished around midnight) or to come back the next afternoon. We decided on the next afternoon and he called letting us know when he would arrive and then took care of the issue. In the interim, he reached out to WSCC on our behalf to see if they would install something to prevent the issue in the future. Our technicians are always VERY clear and detailed in the estimate of work and then follow through. I have recommended Definitive to numerous neighbors and friends-they are extremely trustworthy!

I’ve use this company on several occasions I’ve referred them to my family and friends. They are quite professional, great customer service. The technician was very detailed, explained what I needed to have done. I didn’t feel they were overcharging me . I am very pleased with their service.

The service was absolutely impeccable! We were in the middle of an event with hundreds of people and called him for a short notice repair. Not only was he responsive, but he understood the urgency of our needs and came to our rescue right away! This company is barnone professional, skilled, and they truly care for their customer!

Other companies tack on so many additional fees and hidden charges—Not Definitive Plumbing and Heating! He was thorough in explaining his price, the work that was required, and he gave us instruction on how to prevent issues in the future.

I've worked with Definitive Plumbing & Heating for a number of years for plumbing related tasks and have always had a great experience. The jobs that I have had are never large in scale, but I appreciate that the representatives that I have worked with are always on time, courteous, and professional. Most importantly, I've never had an issue with the materials used for each of the jobs, and I've never had to call to address the same issue. To date, Definitive Plumbing & Heating has entirely rebuilt my toilet in my master bath, replaced the faucet in my kitchen with a higher end model, helped seal water lines to ensure no pests could get into the house and replaced the garbage disposal. I couldn't be happier with the results in each case. Would definitely recommend.
