I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ALL OF THE STAFF AT THE HOUSTON OFFICE!!!!
They are very attentive to the patients needs, and they always have a smile and don't even get me started on Dr Wolfe!
You should totally check them out!

I am so grateful this clinic is here. Just went for my first visit yesterday and was relieved by the comparatively low cost (sliding-fee scale for low-income). The dentist and assistant were both very kind and professional as well. Also, I did not know it was possible for a dental needle to NOT hurt! wow.

Friendly, affordable and very good treatment from the nursing staff. Dr Wolfe is excellent, I'm very happy with the experience.

He has patience and takes the time to figure out what is best for the patient.

It's normal with patients. We are all at reasonable distance.

after using Missouri Ozarks Community Health for several years i've had nothing but good things to say about the clinics in licking and cabool. but in houston my experience at the doctor's office, I couldn't help but notice an evident misandrist attitude from both the doctor and nurse. Every patient, regardless of gender, deserves unbiased and respectful treatment.

Started off good here , Dentist saved my tooth haven't been able to get a new appointment since then. The appointment person is extremely nasty. When I set my appt 2019 the girl at the appt desk was extremely nice couldnt have been nicer and all of the assistants back then too .

They dont care about their patients.
Very rude and unprofessional. The girls in the front have an attitude for whatever reason. 🤷‍♀ Violated HIPPA not only mine, but my 11 yr old sons. Bu announcing my private information across the room from the window. When other patients are in the same room.

Another time I was 5 minutes late. NO other patient was in there. I arrived, checked in, then 7 min later I was told from the window as i was sitting down instead of calling me to the window, they had to reschedule me because of a 10 min late reschedule policy. When in fact I was 5 min late because of a thunder storm and driving slower to get there. But making me sit there for an additional 7 min to make me late.

Another time, I had to reschedule because the power went out. Sure is funny they don't mind canceling when it's convenient for them. They don't care about their patients.

I will never be back there. They mistreat people and there is something seriously wrong with not allowing a parent to be back with their children.

They think it's appropriate to discriminate against people with medicaid. That's all it is. Nasty people.

Heads up!!!
They don't allow parents to go back with their kids 5 years and older. They don't tell you this before you get there either.
They don't give a reason except "it's policy."
Whoever made their policy doesn't seem to care if kids get scared or or hurt. Trusting your kids alone complete strangers? No thanks.

Pretty terrible making low income families have to choose between keeping their kids teeth healthy or keeping them safe. I'm not returning.

Arrived 9 minutes late because kids got out of schools later than usual. We live in a neighboring town. Went for my son for a filling.

No one else were there, ZERO other patients, so we got signed in and waited about 30 minutes in waiting room.

Then they told me that we would have to reschedule because we were 10 minutes late. Lazy doctor got outta some work today!

Also don’t like you can’t go back with your kids.

The front girls were very rude especially the one with only one tooth in her head, the nurses were rude to me, then the doctor was rude to me about the nurses, the doctor wanted to talk about everything except my problem. Then after spending $200 on the visit I got one refill on my meds…. ONE! Very expensive place to go because you have to go every month….. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Dentist was great & made procedure painless but rest of staff didn't seem very knowledgeable & continuously cancelled appts.
I drove to Mountain Grove to a sister clinic & they told me it was cancelled after I walked in so this is a very poorly run company!

It’s a little weird I made an appointment and nobody told me anything about my kid having to go into the back of the building by herself without me to be able to see a dentist and whenever I asked why all they can tell me it was company policy who makes a 10 year old go to a dentist by themselves something really fishy about this place !!!!! Good luck getting thru to someone when calling. Or when they say "I'll call you Thursday or Friday about tests" then never get a call but you can't call them cuz they don't awnser. I tried multiple times through the day with no awnser.

Don't do it they don't listen to their patients I tried telling them for 6 months that I was having problems with my breathing they tried telling me it was anxiety and in my head ....
put me on several medications for it after getting another doctor to check it out turns out I have a hernia in my esophagus causing the problems
