Customer service is great! They are friendly and welcoming. Loan department staff always works in a timely manner for all our needs.

The Houston branch is some of the kindest, understanding and most helpful people! Anytime I have an issue with my card or my account I can call and it’s immediately resolved and I’m back to my normal day. They always do a wonderful job informing me of what’s going on and what steps we need to take to go forward to make my experience better. I always recommend Progressive Ozark Bank- Houston and I will continue to do so!

Andrea H. was very helpful both times Ive been in recently! I had to get quarters for a paddle party and she was able to get an entire box of wrapped quarters for me, and then when I needed help depositing some cash into a friends account who banks there to surprise them she was able to assist as well. Friendly service, clean office, no wait. Highly recommend.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at Progressive Bank in Houston. They always go above and beyond. Whether it be digging out a certain flavor sucker for my kids or helping me straighten out a charge that shouldn’t be there. They are ALWAYS amazing.

I absolutely love everyone in this branch from all the tellers to the loan officers to back office staff and IT. I couldn’t ask for a better home town bank. The best around. My personal favorite is Morgan Clayton. she is killer at anything she does for you. she will go above and beyond to get you the best results possibly!

The ladies at the Houston branch are the friendliest kindest people you will ever meet. They work very hard to take care of anything you could possibly need done at the bank in a timely matter all while making you feel welcome and like you matter. Couldn't be happier with my bank and the amazing teem they have there!

POB is always extremely friendly and helpful. We use them for all of our lending needs and they make the process smooth and simple. I highly recommend Jennifer and the rest of the staff to help with any banking needs!

I have had a wonderful experience with Progressive Ozark. The banking staff are always super helpful. I lost my debit card and was able, via mobile banking to shut it off. The following day the staff issued me a new card and helped me with a few hiccups. The loan process is wonderful, the staff ease the anxiety that comes with large purchases and the process is super streamlined.

Progressive Ozark bank is the best bank in Houston. The bankers there really know their stuff, Andrea is top notch. Will probably use them for years to come.
