After 5 years of business with this agency, I am cutting ties. My premium stayed relatively stable for the first 4 years. I have never filed a claim on the policy. This year when I received the renewal the premium had a 300 percent increase. I questioned the agency and was told it was the lowest premium they could find. The renewal was in 4 days so I had little opportunity to shop for a better rate. In conclusion, I cancelled the policy after two months as I was able to find another agency and underwriter with a premium only 5 percent higher. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
