Knight’s Deer Processing and Meat Market, LLC

We were from out of town and working in the area! This meat shop had superb meat at a reasonable price and the people there are as nice as they can be. Next time I'm there, I'm getting some more prime ribs cut!!

I have only visited a few times, but each time was great service. I recently got crawfish from here and they were perfect. Good size and mostly alive. Only a handful were dead but you can't prevent that. The things in their freezer are always good. I would recommend you check them out for good service and tasty food.

I was impressed with the kindness and friendship of each person that I met there, the Bible verse on the letterhead, the exceptional customer service, and the beautiful and clean facility that the Knights had. I had two deer process there and some sausage made. My son breaks out with really bad body hives at any other sausage that he eats EXCEPT Knights! The turn over of returning my deer was under the week and a half time frame that they gave me(impressive). I also bought homemade bacon made out of Boston-butt! It was amazing! I recommended this place to my other deer hunting friends. We will be back.

Very good meat and food. Clean and owners are friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I'm from Brookhaven but I make drive because the sausage is just so good.

They have some of the best burgers in town!!

In a nutshell, I will NEVER use this meat market again. The people up front were polite & the store was clean but when I called ( I think the owner)the owner out, he blows up. Tells me to come get my money 🤷🏽 man I ain’t going back up there, are you kiddn, I may be trespassing. I paid 181$ for 4 SMALL bags of sausage & 1 bag of deer burger. He said it loses weight from smoking, really….it doesn’t lose 13#s. This guy is very impolite & a hothead when questioned. You can put all the scriptures you want on your product, it doesn’t matter if you’re not honest. When I took the meat he said it had a lot of cartilage & tendons left on it, I agree but that’s never been an issue with anyone else. I actually called & talked to an employee & told him that, & he said bring it 👍. I think what he did is when he got to some that he considered to have to much tendons he threw it away & I still got charged for 44#s of sausage. I’ve told some people I know & the ones that have done business there agree & they won’t be back. Now I’m gonna tell everyone I know & I know a lot of people. He also made the sausage small so it would look like a lot. That just makes the sausage tough because the casings are made to stretch. I’m through with this guy.
