They got the hatly. He did great. He was very quick and very polite and I'm very satisfied.

I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Krystal at this location. She was an absolute delight. She was knowledgeable and patient, as she helped me set up my new phone and pick out accessories. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and that I had a pleasant experience. How refreshing today!!! I will shop at this location from now on because of Krystal. Great job!

It's kind of strange but I woke up this morning to an Email asking me about my recent delivery from Amazon, and I instantly thought about the impeccable customer service my husband and I received from one of your employees a couple days ago. Amazon may have fast delivery, but you guys have exceeded customer service expectations for this Texas man! I think her name was Shawn, beautiful brown-skin lady with a smile that felt just like a warm hug! We haven't always had the best service with At&t, especially dealing with the international day pass during my recent deployment; but it took your employee in the small town of Bay St. Louis to tell us something that we hadn't been informed of this entire time! Ms. Shawn, we appreciate your hospitable vibe and your informative details! And by the way, my husband says you promised to show him around the Gulf Coast and he might just hold you to that! At&t you did pretty darn good with this one! She's the kinda person that will make us pass our nearest store, just to come back and see her! Thanks Ms. Shawn!!!!!!

I have never had a good experience when going into a store to get assistance with any cell phone of mine until today. Shaun was The most professional person in Customer Service that I would ever meet in my life. My husband and I have been having trouble getting reception in a certain area and she knew exactly what the problem was. I think she was the first person my husband has never been rude to because she knew exactly how to speak with him. Unbelievable and thank you so much.

I went to the store last week shopping for phone accessories and interested in getting a new phone plan. The blonde girl…I think her name was Crystal was really helpful, nice and polite. I was having a rough day but my visit to this AT&T store made it better. Thank you to the AT&T store crew! Especially the blonde lady!

Ms. Trishaunda was exceptional, and the customer service I received from her was excellent!!! The ladies that work at this location are absolutely amazing. Every time I’ve gone in, they’ve been absolutely phenomenal and help me in anyway that I need help.

Recently visited this AT&T store location. Thinking about upgrading. I was so impressed with Krystal’s product knowledge and professionalism I upgraded to the I - 14 ProMax with accessories.

Ms Shon is the best worker. She’s helpful and all around great person. She knew exactly what the issue was and knew exactly how to fix it, she got me right in and back out with the quickness

I went in to switch my business account from Verizon because I know att has better service. I thought there’s was an issue at first and I wouldn’t be able to transfer service but Danielle was quick at coming up with a solution and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. I have nothing but great things to say about this store. Do you know how nice it is to have someone actually listen to you and what you want instead of pushing something on you? It is the best feeling ever. I always am on the defense when I go into stores like this because I always feel like another check on the monthly quota but not here. It was a breath of fresh air to have Scott listen and help me find exactly what I wanted and needed. Thanks again!
