Employees at this location work hard and are super friendly and helpful.

Extremely clean, polite employees, and a nice small town feel. Only McDonald’s I’ve been to where they bring your food out to you. Thank you for your hospitality.

This McDonalds has good service. The employees have been helpful. The food is good, too. The dining area is almost always clean & the bathrooms as well.

I've shared about this place before and it's still, in my opinion, the best McDonald's on the planet! The customer service is above and beyond! The food is fresh and made to your satisfaction! I really can't say enough good things about this McDonald's! I'm retired military and I've been all over the country and even in foreign countries and tried McDonald's but none comes close to the excellent service and product this one offers!

Fast,friendly staff and service

This is a really good McDonald's.. any food I've ever gotten from here has been excellent and they always get my order right. I only ever use the drive thru but the service is very quick and the workers have all been very friendly.
I feel like the food is fairly priced as well and the food here is much better than Sonics (not to mention you get more for your money in my opinion). Nothing but positive experiences here and I'll continue to go back for sure.

I love my Houston, Mo McDonald's. Staff is always friendly and courteous. I usually order on the mobile app which makes going through drive- thru much faster.

Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while great job keep up the good work

Food was fresh, and the service was good. This is my favorite location, they always get our order right, and the burgers are perfectly made, fries perfectly salted and hot.

Went through drive-thru placed our order and left just about a block away my wife said her Hamburger wasn't in the bag, so I turned around Went in and told the worker everything is there but the Hamburger and sah said so you need a Hamburger, yes and she got one put it In a bag and gave it to me, she was so polite with a big smile, we will go back

Wow, Houston Mo...wonderful smiles, customer service, and really well done good food. Driving home 4 hours. Stopped here, GREAT STOP!! Clean, organized and pleasant .

I love their fries - best ever. I just wish they had more sandwich selections not polluted with onions and pepper.

This McDonald's in Houston, Missouri is the best that I have ever experienced! It is super clean, the employees are exceptionally courteous and hospitable! The food is very good and inviting! They should be the trainers of all McDonald's staff!

They must have new management because I was able to get my order placed and drive through picked up my meal all in less then 5 minutes. I'm impressed because it was hot and made to order since I requested special hamburger.

This says tell others why you love it, obviously it is because of the sweet tea and french fries!! And now that they have an app, I absolutely love the $1 large french fries with any purchase as well as the free French fry Friday!! And not to mention that they give you a free McCafe frappe 4 purchasing 5 drinks of your choice!! There have been several incidences where the employee at the register will try to refuse my coupon because it does work with any kind of drink, not just purchasing a McCafe beverage. So whenever I go to order five sweet teas, after the fifth one, I choose a free large mocha frappe and that darn near is a $5 drink that I get for free!! Thank you McDonalds, also want to thank you for the essential worker discounts that you guys did. You guys are outstanding and that's why you are America's favorite!! I said what I said 😁

McDonald's is a very nice fast food store. It has a very nice menu to choose your meal from. I have several favorite things on their menu. I love their breakfast foods. You can buy a very nice breakfast there and it is also that breakfast is very filling.
Unfortunately, I find their coffe to be very strong. I have not yet tried their flavored coffee but everyone that I have talked to tells me that the flavored coffees are very delicious.
I like the way McDonalds keeps their stores so clean. Most of their employees are very friendly but not all of them are that way. I am glad that McDonalds is not so far away that we can't eat there. I have noticed that they have increased their prices on their foods. That is sad to see. I know that you have to increase your prices; but please don't overprice your food so much that we cannot eat there any longer.
McDonald's is very easy to find in Houston, MO. We also have a McDonalds in Salem, MO. It is very nicely taken care of also. I have not been there as long. I have not been there as often as our McDonald's in Houston MO. but I do know that they are very well taken care of. Thank you for letting me write my views on this store and on the other store in Salem. It is a privilege to be able to be able ti share my views with all of you.
