Absolutely loved my experience here as a new patient. Dr Sondu and the staff were all very nice and helpful, with the exception of the blond haired front desk lady who completely ignored me when I first walked in and didn’t even so much as acknowledge my existence when I tried to hand her my new patient paperwork. But other than that 5 stars and I’m looking forward to working with them to get the smile I desire.

Great dentist office. The staff is very friendly, my hygienists is gentle and thorough, and the dentist is so nice and genuinely concerned about her patients. Shout out to Suzie for all the information on my upcoming trip. I would definitely recommend Arch Dentistry.

My first visit at Arch Dentistry was great. The office was well organized. I received an explanation prior to each step of my dental exam. The atmosphere is very comfortable. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a new dentist.

Best dentist I been too so far! Dr. Sonu is soooo sweet and nice. The staff is welcoming. You can tell they really care about their patients. And they are very prompt! Highly recommend!

My dentist prior to Dr. Sona insisted i needed all this extensive work done like a crown even though my teeth felt and looked good. Uncomfortable with the lack of reason why i never agreed to it. Luckily my insurance changed and i found Dr. Sona thru a client. I told her about my prior dentist and she took the time to explain to me my teeth looked healthy and there was no need for crowns bc crowns tend to be invasive and she believes in not destroying healthy teeth to which I 100% agree with. She also explained the potential cost and how crowns can be expensive if i decided to go with a crown. And suggested just merely getting new bonding - cheaper, non invasive, and keeps the original healthy tooth in tact. Her practice ran it with my insurance to show me how much out of pocket would be if i decided to get a crown or get bonding replaced so everything was up front. No secrets. So after doing my own research and googling how crowns were done and how invasive they were (yikes!) I decided bonding. She replaced the bonding that was wearing on my front tooth per my request (that i had since highschool) and made my smile look even better. Shes an artist! You cant tell its bonding unless under a blacklight which my husband discovered at an 80s themed news years party lol. She wont do anything that youre uncomfortable with or push you into unnecessary procedures. And she will actually explain things in layman terms so it makes it easy to understand in a very caring way. My husband and I both go to her and have been going for several years. Susie is our dental assistant and she is great too. She decorated the patient room with a birthday banner for my husband bc his cleaning appt was on his bday. He's 39 lol so we both loved it! The staff is very detail oriented and they try their best to make you feel at home. Each patient room has a tv mounted high on the wall and they will change it to whatever channel you like. Everything is very clean and organized. The waiting room is very nice, even has a fridge with bottled water.

Dr Sonu is great she makes me feel at home when I’m there very thankful to have her and her staff do my dental treatment

The Doctor showed up close video of the work that needed to be completed and provided me with a sensible work plan.

I am grateful and look forward to a positive outcome.

Arch Dentistry is a great place. After going out of my way for 10 years seeing a Dentist in Manchester I lucked upon this place. I am glad I found them!! They do amazing work and the people who work here are very nice.
