Americas Best Value Inn & Suites St. Louis, St. Charles Inn

I stayed with America's Best Value Inn for the past 2 week. I was treated with respect and like family by Sam and the other employees. Every one greeted me with a nice warm conversation every time I saw them. They were always working and cleaning. The hotel was was nice and clean every day. The morning breakfast was always ready on time. The room was nice and clean the bed very comfortably. One day they Sam had made a meal and gave me a bowl of his food, it was so good. Every employee working hard and very nice. To me that is great customer service.

Centrally located to everything in St. Charles. Main Street, Ameristar Casino, Streets Of St. Charles, Bass Pro, and the Family Arena are all within a few minutes away. The rates were the best in town, and the staff were all courteous and friendly. The rooms could use an update, but outside of that everything was great 👍

This place has waffles in the am. SAM at the front desk is kind and helped me charge my phone when wires were left at home. Having a great stay

Easy checkin/out. Rooms were nice. Staff was friendly and greeted us with smiles every time we came in and out.

The rooms are very neat and clean a part from rooms they have pool and they provide a nice breakfast, see you next time.

Check in with Sam was very easy and efficient, clean rooms pool is very nice for the kid’s breakfast was a plus!

This place is a true meaning of understanding for lower to medium class folks who wants to experience 5 star treatment for less money out of pocket, staff is always available for any help, housekeeping does a wonderful job at cleaning, it's just so much o could say about this place that makes us wanna come back over n over again! Excellent service all together! I believe Lisa is her name, ladies who works front desk at night, she does so much! I can actually say she does her job and the way it looks, she does so much more than we've ever seen front desk attendant done ever before! She is a sweet person, she has to get frustrated sometimes with customers, but I seen nothing but smiles from the ladies, I love this place and would recommend it to any and everyone who lives to be treated as a person not just customer when traveling...thank u ambv we will certainly come again!😁😁😁😁😁
