We’ve been with progressive a few years now they always take car of us and do exactly what they say there going to do they have by far exceeded my expectations

Used their services for special event , originally scheduled for May, was rained out I called in to reschedule and Amanda said yes we could reschedule but needed a new date by 5pm that day, I stated I didn't know the exact date yet but could give her one if I could update with the correct date then. Amanda said yes aslong as I updated her with the correct date before the June date came up. Amanda just called me in August and said they could only change the date once and I lost the premium that I paid and was nothing she could do! Amanda straight up lied to me or I would have never given her the first rescue date
