I came in to the store in Houston, Missouri and I wanted to tell you what an excellent job that Courtney did to help me. She was extremely nice and went way above and beyond the call of duty. She is an excellent employee and she represents your brand with pride. She's definitely a keeper.

I went in to the USCellular store in Houston Missouri yesterday and met Courtney and Dana and a new trainee to obtain a new IPhone 14 Pro Max with a new plan. I was with ATT for phone and Cable America for internet. They were both VERY expensive and I only was able to get 1 bar on my ATT phone service. Within 1 hour Courtney and Dana had me all set up on a new phone, new plan, new internet, multiple discounts, $120 of FREE in-store credit for supplies (which they helped me pick out!) and the end result is I was able to save more than 50 percent on my current ATT/Cable America monthly bill! The IPhone 14 Pro Max phone, which retails for over $1,100, only ended up costing me $300, which was spread over a 3 year term! I have worked in a large city for the last 34 years dealing in large scale corporate America companies, and I have to say.... that yesterday sitting in the Houston MO USCellular store with Courtney and Dana was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had in my entire life. They were VERY friendly, VERY knowledgeable, VERY helpful and the entire experience was AWESOME!!!!!!! I referred them to my Nephew and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

They were very friendly and helpful. My time was very enjoyable.... I would give them 10 stars but didn't have that choice.

Lisa and Courtney at us cellular was Amazing!!!!! Great service, so friendly, and very knowledgeable about services!!!!! We love it here!!!! We wouldn't go anywhere else 😉🙂🙂
