I’ve been impressed with the quality instruction and atmosphere of DTMA. My son looks forward to each lesson and is motivated to practice to become better each week. Students are often playing together too...not just individual lessons. They learn to harmonize their instruments together and fine tune their timing with other young musicians of similar ability. A great approach to learning and encouraging a deeper dive into music that is relevant to them. Great job!

I’m a guitar teacher at Downtown Music Academy, and I absolutely love this place. I’ve known the people that work there for awhile (and worked with them before), and I love them all dearly. If anyone is interested in learning more about music, DMA is the place to go.

I had a Volkswagen guitar repaired. They did amazing work, always called and let me know if anything else was found that may be of interest to fix, and was wery kind in the process. Reasonable price.

Great place for the best local lessons with one on one lessons with them offering teaching of just about every instrument along with a great family friendly environment! You won’t regret stopping in to talk to the owners as they are really good at what they do and do whatever they can to make sure your satisfied!

Greg and the other instructors are outstanding people that will go out of their way to accommodate your inner musician no matter your level of experience. Tony will make sure that your instrument, is in tip top shape and sounds its best, no matter how well or bad you play it!

My 9-year-old recently started violin lessons. They made the instrument rental easy and she is having a great time with her teacher. Professional environment.
