They were very kind, understanding, and professional. His nurse, Heather, did everything possible, that was within her job, to help me get a "prior approval" for the only medicine that has worked for me. When it was denied, she appealed it, and when it was denied again, she appealed it again. She went above what was within her job and did everything she was able to. She was genuinely sorry that the insurance refused to help me purchase it with a discount. I really appreciate everything she did and she did this while attending to her other patients. Dr Hans Adams also has been just as kind, helpful, patient and remained professional. I will not go anywhere else and will remain their patient for life. Thank you for allowing me to voice my experiences with them.

I recently moved to Waveland Mississippi from Florida and I'm still in the process of getting my medical care established and it has been very stressful. 10/13/21 was my first appointment with Dr Hans Adam's and I'm amazed at how kind he is. He took the time to listen to me and not just jump to medical text book conclusions and that really put me at ease. In the past I haven't had what I felt a Doctor who actually cares about you. But since my first appointment with Dr. H. Adam's. He looks into what is going on internally and external. I love this Doctor. He has ALWAYS wanted to give me suggestions and solutions. Easy to talk to and gives it to you straight up. The staff at the office also go out of there way to give a pleasant experience. Giving answers to questions asked and when not sure they refer you to someone who can answer your concerns.
