Fastest delivery I have ever experienced from a pizza place in all of my life. Friendly delivery and order is always correct. The food always comes hot and delicious. According to the website, Mikaela is usually the one who prepares our food and they do a wonderful job!

The workers and managers running this place are incredible! I've known this business for some time now and it's the best it's ever been!

Sometimes my house is hard to find because of the corn fields in front of it…but these folks do a really great job of getting our order to us. 99% of the time our order is still very hot! Domino’s Pizza in Newport, NC have some hard workers and delivery drivers! THANK YOU for treating me and my orders with great care!

As a truck driver delivering a load in the area, I called for a delivery, and they brought it right to the truck.

So I walked in last night to their Newport location and ordered some garlic bread bites. I've never had them before last night and let me tell you I will DEFINITELY order them again!! They were awesome!!! Besides that , while I was waiting for my order, I paid attention to the guy working. He is very good at what he does and was very nice and exceptionally fast at what he does. Hats off to you Dominoes, and will be going back soon.

Kid who took my order over phone(had to call bc website says delivery is not an option even though it is- so call if your address says it doesn’t work for delivery online) was very helpful- he did not “up sell” though- I was sad when I realized I had forgotten to add garlic butter sauce to the order… it wasn’t ever suggested- which is fine bc the food was still perfect. (He may not have wanted to up sell bc I was asking if there were any coupons so maybe he was being thoughtful and not pushy) All in all though I’m still happy- food was great and my pockets were a wee bit padded after ordering. 😄Our order was exactly right and upon delivery it was still very hot. Delivery driver was also very professional and clean cut. Bravo to one of the very few places in Carteret County that can get the order right on the first try 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I always have to call in to place a delivery order and the service on the phone is always amazing. This place never fails to pull through on a last minute dinner decision. Wanted to place a review and a quick shout out to Tammy, who helped me on the phone!

I live in the middle of nowhere. I have difficulty getting delivery due to the road conditions and a neighbor who has harassed the delivery drivers so much I don't blame them. However Domino's in Newport NC, the manager actually puts the customer & the staff first. He goes the extra mile and deals with irate people with the utmost respect, calm and friendly. I stopped him as I didn't recognize the car ,and I wasn't very nice. He was very polite and I recognized my mistake and apologized. The fact that he made a customer happy and protected his staff deserves more than 5 stars. And of course the food is very good and always hot whether picking up or getting delivery!

The pizza is tasty, but they NEVER put the ingredients on it that I actually order. If you are willing to roll the dice and just eat whatever shows up, then sure, go ahead and order from this location.

Update: My husband talked me into giving this location another try, and they have been great. I do not know what, if any , changes they made, but our last several orders have been perfect. Congratulations on winning back a regular customer! I am changing my original review from one star to 5!!

I order frequently from this dominos and always get it delivered. The people on the phone are usually very nice, and the drivers are always nice. We usually get the same order every time and they ask why our Oder was different. It's nice to know that you have a place care enough to remember now a days. Drivers always get a $5 tip for being wonderful even when it's cold or rainy.

Domino's has stepped up over the years.
I love the fact that every time I order a pizza and arrive to the location, they are always quick in making the pizza and bringing it out to me. They always have a smile on their face.

Food is always great! We always get it delivered and they're always either early or right on time☺ out of all the times we've ordered they've only messed up 1 time! I ordered the boneless chicken bites and got wings instead. Needless to say i was a little upset and called to tell them about the mistake. They not only told us to keep the wings but also brought me the bites too. They got here even faster the second time and the delivery person apologized again for the mistake. I also like the fact that they keep tract of what we ordered the last time. My son tried one of the pastas and couldn't remember the kind it was so they looked at our last order & told us what it was.

Got to watch the driver get lost using the app... pretty funny but the Pizza was still warm.

Update: recommend NOT tipping ahead of time.

Ordered 2 topping pizzas. They were ready in less than ten minutes. The staff are always professional helpful and friendly. Pizzas were perfectly cooked and tasted wonderful. Will order again soon.

never a complaint. order there all the time. they happily obliged me with a free small pizza box recently so my 3 year old could decorate it for a box lunch social that was taking place the next day. she won most original in the 10 & under girls' category :-)
