Lowe's Home Improvement

This is hands-down, the best Lowe’s in the entire country. They have the absolute nicest staff imaginable, specifically Solomon and the assistant manager, who I believe is named Clay. They both went out of their way to help me. I had an issue with a Samsung Range I purchased there a few months back, and despite it being under the manufacturer warranty, Samsung was giving me troubles making a claim on a broken grate. They both did everything they could to help me solve the problem. I can’t recommend shopping there enough! My husband and I have been building a house for a little over a year and have had nothing but things go wrong, so having them be so kind and helpful really went a long way.

Bought a tiller today used the self check out. Easy and they loaded it up for my wife. Very nice employees. Helping a friend put in an element in the water heater. Had to use self check out. I'm not sure how I like doing that. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Really like the pickup option they have now. I called ahead if time to make sure I was ordering the correct item and the person I talked to was very nice and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Then when I went and ordered it wasn't even 30 mins and they had my order ready. Went to pick it up and again a breeze. Made my day so much easier wo all the frustration.

I love Lowes, but time wise, I had to make my visit today short and sweet. I had 2 things to get. I asked two different storeworkers about locating my items. Both young men went straight to what I was looking for. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I usually don't know where the item(s) I'm looking for are located, not a problem here because an employee always asks if they can help you rather quickly. I've found them to be knowledgeable about their products and services. Pleasant experience 😊

Needed a few items for a home project. With the aid of some of the Lowe's associates I was able to locate those items. And I found a nice plant 🪴 for my wife . 👍🏼

The service was great they came up to me and asked if I needed help finding anything which was actually shocking cause most of the time you have to hunt someone down to get help but not this time. 5 stars lowes
