George's Restaurant

It was a day Mom and I was out all day shopping and running errands, and neither looked forward to cooking. So what do we always do? Get some George's chicken, taters and biscuit and a chocolate milkshake! Always a family choice having a meal here is same as at home but way more convenient and no clean up. Thank you, to everyone at George's!

George's has some of the best chicken you can get anywhere. The chicken liver was extremely tender and tasted great. Be sure to try their Strawberry Biscuit. It's a biscuit split apart with ice cream in the middle and topped with strawberries. It's incredible.

Fed 6 family members for 33.67 last night. 14 piece family dinner. I sure enjoy the biscuits they always seem fresh and the Cole slaw is good too. It doesn't take much to satisfy me. I guess. Eat local shop local. Merry Christmas you all.

Absolutely delicious! Cheeseburger and fries combos × 3 costs approx $24. Nothing dry about the burgers, perfectly cooked fries, all fresh and hot. There's a reason that the drive-thru line was spilling into the road. What is most impressive is how quickly the line moved. Worth the short wait! And don't be afraid to get yourself a cookies and cream milkshake. 😋

Chicken very good and moist. Fries were average. Slaw was good. Strawberry biscuit was delicious. Can't believe I ate the whole thing. Very quick service. I heard several people order burgers. Will try one next time and a shake. I got 3 piece chicken spicey(breast & 2 wings w/fries) leg drink and strawberry biscuit-$13.76

The place was swamped when my wife and I got there early one Thursday evening, but the service was still quick and friendly and the chicken was fresh and hot! We both ordered meals with mixed spicy and mild chicken, and each was delicious. The biscuits were light and fluffy, and the cole slaw was some of the best I've ever eaten in a restaurant. My wife wasn't crazy about the mashed potatoes & gravy, but the fries were hot and crisp. The dining area was showing signs of its heavy usage, but there were a couple of staffers resolutely cleaning. A great meal overall, although we'll probably try to arrive earlier next visit.

My go-to is grilled chicken salad with fresh lettuce, generous portions. Known also for their milkshakes. Update: Had a burger fully dressed except no onions or bun, french fries, and butterscotch shake. The patty tastes good and fresh. The fries were somewhat crispy and neither over nor undercooked. The shake was tasty and well-chilled.

I highly recommend. We stopped on a family trip to Memphis. Everyone loved the chicken!

Their 🍗 chicken is the best, their burgers 🍔 are the best, their 🍦 ice cream is the best their fries 🍟 are the best‼ I guess everything is the best!! 😂 Oh and don’t forget the strawberry 🍓 biscuit are the best‼

Best chicken ever! We were passing through on our way back to Chicago and was well worth the stop. I love the south!

Haven't been back to Mississippi in years, but I thought about their strawberry biscuit the other day and it is amazing! Their chicken is also really great!

Always a stop on my trips to New Albany. Everything on the menu is out of this world.

Best chicken around !! You aren't gonna find a better burger. Chocolate shake will curl your toes. If someone finds a better one please let me know where it's at

Quality, quantity, and service have always been amazing at George's. Love this establishment.

Always fresh, hot, and tasty! The BEST Fried or grilled chicken strips around! The line is always long, but the wait is never too much! Prices are very reasonable compared to the amount of food you get!
