Just moved to the area and went to this location on 8/6/16 on a whim to get some new black work pants for a new job. I came maybe 20 minutes before Cato closed and I didn't expect much of a greeting since they were about to close but I was so wrong! Both ladies were so kind and conversational. Most of all they were so helpful and I felt like I had my own personal stylist! I definitely did not expect that kind of one on one service, especially before close. Very rarely do I ever write reviews but these ladies (I wish I remembered their names) were top notch and very helpful, and the store was very clean and organized too. Will be back.

I love this store! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they offer lots of great clothes in plus sizes. I especially love their clearance racks!

Firat of all I Love Catos. This shopping experience at the New Albany store was incredibly awkward when 2 store clerks are standing near the shoes and you are trying to shop while they are talking about something negative regarding store employees and watching them, etc. Very awkward. Decided I didnt want to shop in the shoes area any more nor the store. Very disappointing. There is a time and place for this.... not on the floor with customers nearby
