Robert Chester: Allstate Insurance

Robert & Patti were both very helpful in getting my policy set up. They thoroughly answered any questions I had and were very kind and professional. Very happy to have insurance through Allstate - their agents are the best! 🙂

An excellent experience over the course of three years (and counting). Bob and his staff have always been extremely responsive and a great help managing insurance coverage for a number of houses, cars, boats, drivers, etc. They have always been very patient answering tons of questions, and are great communicators - returning phone calls, responding quickly to emails, etc. Twice now I have needed quick help with some coverage changes, and they were able to accommodate my requests within minutes. Very dependable!

Excellent staff and service. The agency always has the clients needs in mind when making recommendations and are quick to respond when questions arise. This combined with great rates makes them a go to agency for all my insurance needs.

Working with Robert Chester and his office is a dream. They are always so willing to take their time and talk to you. Answer all of your questions and explain it down to a tee what you need to do. I just gave the office a call and Robert answered himself. Sounding happy it was Friday☺. He listened to my questions and gave me all the options I had. He did not try and rush me and he really listened to my concerns. Even though I’m having these issues and having a possible two claims to file💰💰, I feel it was a pleasure speaking and working with this office.

Robert Chester Allstate in Davidson is like having a small town agent working in your best interest right in your neighborhood. Pattie and Robert are truly wonderful and I am so glad I found them .

I have had several excellent personal experiences with the Chester Allstate Agency. In addition to meeting my needs for normal insurance business they have gone above and beyond my expectations on 2 occasions. On one occasion Patti resolved a DMV issue after I sold a car, cancelled my insurance but neglected to turn in my plates on time. She took it upon herself to call NC-DMV directly and got my fine waived. In another case , I continued to pay a homeowners insurance policy on a property I sold and actually paid for a renewal. I went to Robert and explained the situation and within a couple of weeks I got a full refund of $534. which is more than Allstate's policy requires to refund.. The Chester agency has my back and I glad to have them as my insurance agency and I would recommend them to everyone. They are a truly a 5 star ***** insurance agency.

I personally have a life insurance policy, renters insurance, and car insurance with this agency and they couldn't have made my experience better. Working with this agency is seamless and there is always someone to answer my questions! This agency does things right.

I used these guys for a small policy, but they had a quote in for me on the same day I contacted them. Very friendly and any questions I asked they could answer. GREAT service and easy to find location! Will use them again in the future!

Like Nicole Gunderson, below, you will have no record of me as a client either; however my husband was. He cancelled his policy in November, received a bill in December for what???? Then they had the nerve to send him to collections for non payment. What a shady business deal. I'm so glad that I am with Kris Kozdras at State Farm.

If I could give this agency less than 1 star I would. We have had more issues getting answers from Allstate and Robert Chester's agency. It's a constant run around to get no answers. We were never able to get an accurate explanation for what we were paying for. From being charged an insurance point that should have never been charged, to getting a discount we shouldn't have received?, to rates going up 60% for our first and only accident. This has been the worst experience. Robert returns no phone calls or emails unless it's to cancel and he's very quick to respond to that. Would not recommend to anyone!
