This is by far my favorite vape store to go to!!! Everyone there is super nice and welcoming. 9/10 times I go they have what I need. To those of you who complain about the inability to get a refund, it literally says it ALL OVER the store and on the door.

Was a great experience the employee working was very knowledgeable and helpful with product selection. He also had great customer service skills. Need more like him keep up the great work Gabe.

Wish i could give 10 stars. I mistakenly left a negative comment to this store. Owner responded immediately. Even though it wasn’t one of his stores that wouldn’t replace a defective coil, he told me to come to his Rankin Mill Rd store, he will make it right for me. Went here to buy a vape originally, but absolutely fell in love with all their glass work. The younger guy behind the counter was so helpful and explained everything perfectly. I bought a beautiful piece! 10/10 highly recommended!

Anthony was very knowledgeable about all of the products I asked about and I found just what I needed! The whole staff there is very knowledgeable and they are really great! Customer service can't be beat at this location. I shop here all the time. You must check this place out because I haven't found another store where they are this knowledgeable and really help you find what you're looking for. A++!

I love Clouds Tobacco and stop there daily. Awesome customer service, great prices, and great products!! The employees are very informative and knowledgeable about the products. The owner is a great guy as well, he always asks how my family is and I generally spend an extra 10-15min just talking to him. I couldn’t ask for a better tobacco shop to have right around the corner. Keep up the great work!

The owner is such a nice guy and I always feel welcome in the store. His shop has everything and more, even things I forgot I had uses for. And it's really nice to have it so nearby. Great prices, great just about everything else and an even more convenient location. This is the first place I go to if I ever need anything.

I’ve been coming here for years when they started out small, and grew, I’ve met some awesome people and will always say hey to the owners and their families. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly and some are friends now.

Came to this store while visiting my family from Florida I was pleased with my encounter with the employees while here and away from home, the owner really assisted me with juice and new CBD items that was offered in the store, and really cute and friendly staff the girls are super chill

Awesome place to shop... I get all my vapes from them, they are the best in Greensboro. I tried other stores, but theirs wasn’t as good as Clouds.
