I always get the fifty bar vapes and they always have them in stock for me the one time they didn't I was able to call less than 4 hours later and get the news that they had arrived! I’ve been going to this vape store for the last 6ish years and have always been happy with my experiences. The girls who work there seem more like family to me now. They are always super help, knowledgeable, and friendly. They go above and beyond to fix any issues I’ve ever encountered.

They have a large variety of inventory. The employees are knowledgeable and always friendly. They also honor the military, by giving a discount to our servicemen.

I only buy any smoke products from these locations. Trusted staff with trusted products! It doesn't touch the shelves unless they themselves have tried it. And if it sucks it doesn't make the cut PERIOD. so you always know the item purchased is a quality one.

This is the very best vape shop I have been to in a very very long time. They are just so very nice, and knowledgeable about things. This is my shop from now on.

The first time I ever went to mad vapes sealed the deal that I would never be shopping anywhere else. I went in because I had a new device and couldn’t figure out how to change my coil. I was met by Jimmy who was extremely patient with me, showed me what I needed, how to change my coil, and even did it for me. He got me set up with some new juices to try (I’m very picky) and new coils I needed. The prices are higher than anywhere else here, but the quality and customer service is too. I will gladly pay a little more to get the excellent customer service that I received that day, and every day since when I go in. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. But Jimmy really set the bar high. I won’t shop anywhere else.

I have been to many locations in the area, but this is by far the best experience from start to finish! The customer service is unlike any other, the staff is very knowledgeable, and all products are authentic. I will continue making the drive from Jacksonville to Sneads Ferry as long as we live in the area!

Kathi is absolutely amazing. Every time I come in she is always so kind and helpful! I love coming in when she’s working. All the staff is great! Never a disappointing trip! Highly recommend this place.

I was on vacation for a few weeks and I had went to two store before this one. As soon as I walked into this business, Thomas greeted me right at the door and made me laugh. He was so helpful, kind and informative. I was in the store for an hour or so laughing and learning! The second and third time I had two women and they were the sweetest people I have ever met. They fixed everything for me, taught me everything and let me know they had me. Much love from Cleveland, Ohio 🥰

This place is definitely one of the best vape shops I’ve been in, primarily the customer service! The place is so clean and well established, and the staff is so helpful and courteous. Lisa was so helpful in finding the right juices for me. I’m very satisfied with her suggestion of one of their Prime juices that I purchased and will definitely be back to see what other recommendations she has. Will definitely be spreading the word about this place! Great job!

Just went in for the first time Kathy was my sales person very knowledgeable on products. Absolute pleasure for my first time in this shop. Didn’t buy e-liqued but come out with a starter mod for the wife. Prices are on point with online prices and you get to see and hold the product. Legend the puppy was awesome also. In your in the market for a new vape no matter you experience level these folks will get you what you need and not rob you blind.

First vape store I went to. Very friendly and well versed. I have since gone to a few others (only when this one is closed) and that was a mistake. Never learned the woman's name who works here but she is awesome and really knows her stuff. I pretty much follow everything she recommended and have left happy everytime.
