ABF Freight

Nick is awesome and has unparalleled customer service! I had a trailer delivery scheduled via UPack with ABF Freight in Duncan/Greer. Both UPack and the Duncan/Greer locations were closed the day after a holiday (my scheduled delivery date) and no one notified me that my trailer would not be delivered. This issue had nothing to do with ABF Freight in Anderson, but I was able to get Nick on the line (as I scrambled trying to call any number I found for either company). Nick went above and beyond to try and reach UPack corporate and ABF on my behalf. The next morning, Nick reached out to ABF (Duncan/Greer) and followed up with a phone call to me. While my experience was not using this ABF Freight location, I can vouch for the fact that even as a non-customer, Nick provided outstanding service and communication.

The crew at this ABF location made our move much easier with the Relo pods. Nick got our pods scheduled and delivered quickly! The driver set them exactly where we asked and faced the doors so we could load stuff easily. Thank You so much… you made a surprise move so much easier!!!

I went out and did 3 for inspection and thankful the guy let me in after hour to complete the job I came all the way from augusta ga to do that for them and arrived last due to traffic wreck but thank for letting me complete my assignment

If I could give negative stars it wouldn’t do it justice.

So far. No ramp given to load a 18 wheel trailer dropped off in my street. Next. Tried to pick it up empty before loading twice.

Once loaded. Late to destination. Couldn’t deliver to storage faculty I chose. Couldn’t deliver the trailer on the agreed date and time. With no answer to when they can.

Absolutely terrible company. DO NOT USE ABF.

The only thing they did correct in the entire process was take my money.

They use the contract against you. Ramps are not guaranteed. Storing your stuff a little longer, no guaranteed either. And they would not.

They gave me the option. To unload the trailer in their parking lot and load into a uhaul.

I should of just done that from the beginning.
