Dillard's

The service here was amazing, better than any department store I have been to, including other Dillard's locations. Every associate I encountered was welcoming & helpful. No one was pushy, but they were all helpful & knowledgeable. It made for a wonderful shopping experience.

Dillards Shawnee Mall is the best I’ve been to. Super clean, excellent selection of merchandise, and super friendly sales staff. Shout out to Gary in Men’s clothing for his professional assistance today. He knows his suits and made my shopping experience considerably less stressful. They are doing it right Dillards in Shawnee.

The store was nice and clean. Jackson was extremely helpful in picking out nice fitting suits and clothes.
More importantly Jackson was able to help us find the correct jacket size so that shirts and coats fit our child correctly.
We are impressed, it was a pleasant experience and we will back.

Arrived shortly before closing and instead of trying to rush us out of the store the staff remained and helped us find what we were looking for. Overall one of the absolute best shopping experiences from a customer service standpoint we have ever had. Keep it up.

The associate in the shoe department was very helpful. He was unassuming and unwrapped the shoes I wanted to try on. He did not pressure me into something I didn't want. I was impressed!

The lady who helped us was and is amazing. She remembered us when we had come in September. Her recommendations and assistance was greatly appreciated. Amy has great customer service skillset. It was like shopping with a friend. My son and I appreciate her. Thank you. Will be back.

Angie was amazing! I could not figure out how to loosen and tighten these straps on my North Face bag and she showed me how and made sure they were a perfect fit. Even with minutes til they closed. Excellent customer service - would recommend!!

My experience was the best. On Friday July the 25 I took my grandson to buy a watch. The saleswoman was really nice and extremely helpful. She showed us all the watches and explained them to us. I didn't catch her name ,but if all your employees are like her I will come back.

Megan from the beauty department was super sweet and VERY helpful. She went above and beyond to show me new makeup techniques. Megan was also very honest about skincare products that actually work and did not pressure me to buy anything more than what I needed. Very satisfied! Thank you, Megan!!

Found a comfy chair to sit in while my wife spent money. There long enough to run the battery down in my cell phone.

A smaller Dillard’s but had nice selection and everything was easy to find. All of the employees were more than willing to offer help and advice.

Last minute prom shopping. Let me tell you about the workers there. Dalton is by far the best ever! He helped my son pick out everything he needed. My son is going to look even better with what Dalton helped pick out. Even the other workers there delt with us being there almost to closing time. My fault did not realize the mall closed at 7 thought it was at 8. So thank you all for helping us out. Again so sorry about being in the store when you all was fixing to close. If you need help with finding the right look for you Dalton is your man.

I needed a new bra, but before I could buy one I needed to find out what size I was. I asked the sales clerk for help with finding my size & she was happy to oblige. I was able to find a very pretty bra & left with a smile on my face.
I was passing by the perfume & cologne counter & with the help of the sales clerks I found a new scent. I walked out of Dillard's a very happy woman!☺

The retail workers are a little too eager to help you out. It is slightly irritating at each turn to have a new sales person all if you need help. I told them I would let them know. I was hoping that would keep them quiet for a while. Lol.... no such luck. It is distracting when i can't think about what I'm doing there. I'd like them to back off bit, but if course it was comforting to know someone was there to help when needed. 😊

For one who hates to shop, especially for clothes, it was a very good experience. Fortunately, my friend was with me and likes to do the looking. I, rather she, found two nice tops, one pair of dress slacks, and two pair of casual pants for less than $150.00; that I will absolutely enjoy wearing.

I went to the lingerie department to get something for the wife. Holly was very helpful in finding the perfect items within my budget. I highly recommend her for guys wanting to get something for the wife! The men’s department also has a great selection for guy stuff.

My pregnant daughter needed a bra that fit and these guys were so helpful. I also got a great deal on lingerie for my anniversary😀 so happy!
