Taylor who works on the medical equipment side, absolutely needs to learn how to speak to people!!! I brought back a knee scooter, and she was nice enough at first. But when I had to come back in and get a receipt with a rental amount on it, she had an attitude and just said,"what"when I walked up to the desk. I finally got what I needed but she made it alot harder than it had to be!!!! I gave three stars because all the other experiences I had with them was great!

I have been waiting to speak with someone concerning cpap supplies for 4 days now. I have left messages and I was told there is only 2 people working in that department. So here I wait and still need my supplies. They used to be really good, didn't have any issues but now. There must have been changes and new personnel.

If you value your time, don't enjoy being called a liar when you give your answers to height and weight, if you don't enjoy being arbitrarily denied your equipment after meeting said weight requirements, having this place call you, your dr, and the local hospital liars, Just to be denied? GO HERE! they will be very rude on phones,(if you can get someone to answer) and then you can sit home waiting for the callback to never come! Pharmacy (medical center) is top notch! Full of wonderful employees, but advance care? That place is a boil on the undecarriage of medical center pharmacy..🤢 0 out of ten.. worst of worst.
