Cherokee Speedway

This incredible dirt track is like a trip back in time. From the entrance gate, still using the wristband to show admission, to the concrete slab seating, to the classic feel concession booth. As you soak all of this wonderful atmosphere in, the night’s events begin. With multiple classes and divisions on any given race night, you could see your neighbor and a top level super late model both racing on the same night. I highly recommend this track to anyone that loves dirt track racing. Family friendly location. Just bring eye protection and ear plugs as a precaution.

I've been trying to get to this place for years but something has always happened to prevent me from getting here! Today, for the Blue Grey 100, I made it! It was as awesome as I always knew it would be. If you're a fan of the sport and you've never been to Cherokee, put it on your to-do list NOW!

Hi across the street to the dirt lot. It's packed with trails and mud pits. Fun for the whole family and the kids will love taking their off-road toys there.

We had a great time at Cherokee Speedway watching the Lucas Oil series race. We took our 6 year old daughter with us, this was her first big race and she had a blast. Most of the grand stand seating is concrete, so be sure to bring a blanket or cushion to sit on. You are also allowed a small cooler for drinks and snacks.

Love the dirt track, this place is one of my favorites. Very family friendly, clean and reasonably priced .

This is one of the best dirt tracks I have been to in a long time. The track is always prepped great and track officials do their jobs to keep everyone as safe as possible. The food in the concession stands is good which is a bonus.

Absolutely incredible that this experience is still fully alive and legal. One of the only places in the country you can experience this. I had the time of my life at a race on a Sunday. It's was a freakin blast! Loved everything about it!!!

So much fun hanging out with real cell to the earth country folks. Plan on coming back a lot that such a good time.

Definitely gets a little dusty, so bring change of clothes.

I live closer to other tracks but always go to this one, this place is awesome its very entertaining and fairly priced imo. You can bring a cooler and adult beverages if you like but no glass bottles are allowed. They have plenty of seating but you may want to bring a cushion for more comfort. There is plenty of concessions available and you can pay with credit/debit cards although most people use cash.

Good clean (well, it is a bit dusty but that's dirt racing, right?) Family fun. I was there with my son, grandsons, granddaughters, and one great grand daughter. We had a blast. Watching the kids play before the race started. Eating fun carnival type food. Then we got serious and focused on the races. Pick out a favorite car/driver and start cheering them on. What a good time spent and good memories made

I had an absolute amazing time as always, spending time with the family, doing something that we all enjoy. Great place with wonderful and friendly people. Family friendly environment, the staff as always are very friendly and respectful of everyone always their no matter what the need to asist you. The concession stands have really good food and the most amazing service everyone is very friendly its a very friendly and family oeriented place to be. Its honestly like being with a very large family I feel right at home. Been going here for years now. Absolutely love it and will continue to go here always.
