The friendliness of the staff, the decor and the exceptional food made this a great dining experience! We enjoyed the battleground burger, chicken quesadillas and an order of loaded cheese fries. A little pricey, but it was definitely worth it.

We haven't recently in our lives experienced a place that is so consistent in quality nor as welcoming as Carolina Cafe. The wait staff alone is enough to make us visit every day! They make us feel like family EVERY TIME! Then.... THERE IS THE FOOD! HOLY COW, it is beyond compare. We have had steaks, salads, fried onions, rolls, BLUE CHEESE DRESSING (BEST EVER HOUSE MADE), ALFREDO, and the list goes on. Listen, if you love feeling the warmth of a local dive, the opulence of fine dining (which WE DO), and the affordable prices that make eating out at your favorite restaurant a regular possibility, you won't find a more perfect place than Carolina Cafe. PLEASE, visit once, and we GUARANTEE you will be hooked for life! Ask for Megan Rose, a lovely young woman who will help you settle in like cold hands in a warm pair of gloves!!! We love y'all!!!!

The food was well prepared and delicious. Our server (Harry) was very pleasant and informative. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. We'll definitely go bag whenever we're in Gaffney

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves after him having 4 surgeries in 1 1/2 years. The food and service did not disappoint ! I ate the ribs but I don't see ribs listed below. They were amazing!!!!

Carolina Cafe has the best killer shrimp and such amazing food. However the Carolina Cafe before Covid and after Covid is very different.

If you want some good food, this is the place. Carolina Cafe is a great place to eat. I have had a few things from here it never lets me down. From an appetizer to dessert, it's truly great food!!! If you live within 2 hours of this place, it's well worth the drive.

Extremely impressive local restaurant that serves Woodfire grilled steaks and chicken. The house salad served with homemade thousand island is amazing. The homemade potato soup is simply the best. The aloha chicken with Lowcountry rice was an excellent choice for my main entrée. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend this local restaurant which does have a full-service bar.

Excellent steak. Ribeye was cooked rare as ordered. Fries were good and so was salad. Cobbler for dessert was like homemade. Prices were very good. Dinner for 2 with dessert was less than $40. Had a bit of a wait because they don't take reservations but it was worth it. Great night out

2022 update - still delicious years later. Maybe best sirloin steak I've ever eaten. Cooked perfect. Housemade blue cheese dressing was outstanding. Only disappointment was they were out of peanut butter pie.

Go see Austinn down at Carolina Cafe. Awesome server and the 0pace is always great. Can't go wrong if they have the New York Strip special going. Their other steaks are great as well.

We have been going here for years. Awesome place. Have had several gatherings here as well. Fairly priced for what you get.

The food is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. I got Aloha Chicken and it was juicy and delicious. My wife got steak and it was tender, juicy, and great flavor. We had an amazing time and will be back.

This is absolutely my favorite restaurant!! If you have not tried it u are missing out. The food,service,and drinks are awesome thank u to Cali for the best service and the bartender that creates her own drinks like sweet tart and she makes the best Bloody Mary I have ever had!!!!💯 They stay packed and the wait is well worth it they never miss a beat in everything they do and I enjoy my visit every single time!!!💯 You all rock and thank you for that!!!

I had the Carolina Medallions, steak topped with mushrooms, onions, jack cheese, and shrimp sauteed in white wine garlic butter. The food was wonderful and the service was outstanding. I arrived just before they opened and there was already a line, so don't be surprised if you have to wait. It's worth it, though.

Food - Outstanding! Very good!
That's including the massive Cheese Fries appetizer.
Even the salads with our dinners were very much Above average.

Service - Our waitress was one of the best, if not The Best we've had. No, seriously!

Service was great and the food has always been good the only thing I didn't like was my Baked potato ...it wasn't soft at all and not hot either .. but I had enough food anyway so I just didn't eat the potato

It's a hidden gem, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. I had the chicken quesadilla for appetizer it was delicious for my entrée I had the Charleston trio and it was great! Will be returning the next time I'm in town.

While traveling a couple of towns over, we found this little place on a map search for restaurants. I’m so glad we found it! My daughter and I ordered steaks and my husband and son ordered burgers. Everything came out great. The service was excellent, top notch, and we left very pleased. We will be coming back!

This was the 1st time my wife and I have been here. We ordered the Filet and Ribeye both of which were phenomenal and cooked perfectly. Our server Kortni was wonderful and very friendly. We will definitely be back again soon!
