Very profession. Appreciate follow up when I called the office. I received courtesy text prior to the appointment. Technician called me at the end of the appointment. Yes, Blanco A/C is excellent!

Out with the old and in with the new. Before and after of water softener install. Walter Rhodes with Blanco Plumbing was very knowledgeable and experienced in his installation of our customer provided Aqua Sure 48,000 grain whole house salt water softener. Our water pressure is back to normal.

Dakota from Blanco Plumbing provided us great service recently on some repairs at our cabin. Arrived on time, assessed the issues and provided an estimate. Had a recommendation on how to take some of sulfur smell out of the hot water heater and it worked. Would recommend for the future.

We have lived in our house for 1 year now, and we signed up for the membership right away! We are so thankful for the quality service from Blanco A/C Electrical and Plumbing throughout this year, but the service provided by James Perez this time was beyond exceptional!!! We have been having problems with our A/C and Heater evenly distributing air to all of the house. James tirelessly worked on the air ducts in our attic for a day and half until everything worked properly! We are so thankful for all of his hard work and dedication to figuring out the problem and finding a solution! Thank you so much!!!

Mark with Blanco AC, Electrical & Plumbing came out to perform periodic servicing of our Generac whole home generator. So glad I signed up with Blanco! Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. He helped me get the app set up so I can monitor our generator. I highly recommend Mark and Blanco!

Scott came out to my place to troubleshoot a heat pump that was not producing warm air. He inspected the unit as well as the blower located in the attic. The issue was identified and he was able to restore functionality. A return visit is required which he will schedule. Scott also set me up with Shield Membership which sounds like a great service. Overall, Scott was knowledgeable and professional. Great job.

Steve from Blanco AC, Electrical, & Plumbing did a superb job for us today. We had been working through our home warranty company for over a week to get our home air handler operating and they failed. We called Blanco AC, Electrical, & Plumbing and Steve was there the next morning and had our unit operational in less than an hour. He was extremely professional, friendly and explained everything. We’re dumping the home warranty and going directly to Blanco AC, Electrical, & Plumbing from now on.

Ricardo came out yesterday and gave our fairly new system a thorough check. We called because we thought the downstairs unit was pushing cooler air instead of warmer air. Ricardo explained things (2 speed system and the process it goes through) and how it all works and checked the unit both inside and outside. He made some minor adjustments and calibrated everything. He then let me know and said everything was in good shape. Ricardo was friendly, professional and efficient. We love the new system and think highly of Blanco and everyone that has supported our new system purchase. I highly recommend them.

Our experience with Jared Timms with Blanco A/C, Electric & Plumbing was a positive one. Jared is a very pleasant and professional worker. He diagnosed a double failure scenario in a short span of time and worked quickly to correct both failures by ordering new replacement parts, checked the new product performance and set-up to system. I would recommend Blanco A/C, Electric & Plumbing and Jared to anyone.

Richie and Zachary (and crew) were awesome! They came out and spent time being thorough diagnosing the problem. They also spent time explaining what is going on and what my options were. They ordered and got the part the very next day and were able to schedule the repair work within 24 hours. Total time between finding the problem and fixing the problem (including needing to order the part) was less than 48 hours. I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation. Jared did a great job fixing up my busted pipes after a bad freeze. He was on time, knowledgeable, communicated the plan for the repair, and got it done efficiently. The real testament for a professional is how they leave the job site when they are done, and he did a great job cleaning up, leaving it better than when he arrived. We had a couple of freeze related issues. Dakota Hurley and Steven Knowles handled our plumbing and electrical fixes. Both did a great job, great communication. As always, Blanco AC, Electrical and Plumbing provided excellent service.

Outstanding service, and very professional technician! Stephen went above and beyond to take the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my funky electrical situation. It’s rare to receive this type of service in this day and age. He also made some recommendations that made sense for many reasons and was able to back up his claims, so I opted for routine scheduled maintenance to prevent issues like the one I had from recurring in the future.

Stephen is definitely a class above the rest and a bonus is that he works for a company like Blanco electric. I highly recommend Blanco, electric and Steven for any electrical work that you may need.
