Dink's Pit Bar-B-Que

Not gonna lie, I was surprised how good this was, I’ve been to several places that look like this from the outside only to be highly disappointed once I receive my meal. The sides were excellent, I’ve never had a coleslaw like this one and it was excellent, the onion rings were hot and crispy too! The bologna was cooked well and the brisket was delicious. The bbq sauce looked a bit sketchy but wow it was ever incredible. Highly recommend this place for a good bbq meal.

Dink's is absolutely delicious and a Bartlesville institution. Every time I'm in town, I have to visit (and bring home bottles of their sauce). Couldn't recommend more!

My co-worker recommended us this barbecue place while we worked in town. I am always down for a barbecue place so we accepted his advise.
Right away as we pulled up we could see this would be a good experience. A full parking lot says a lot!
We were welcomed with a smile and promptly seated and offered drinks. I asked for a root beer. I also ordered the brisket plate; I love brisket.
As I waited for the food, I went to check out the rest of the restaurant and the bathrooms. The bathrooms were clean no doubt.

The moment of truth! The brisket arrived! My plate looked awesome! The barbecue sauce was amazing! I really enjoyed everything in my order.

I would come back to this place in a heart beat!

Here are some observations:

*The bathrooms were absolutely clean but they felt a bit drafty and dark. They could use an upgrade.

*The brisket was slightly dry. No big deal. The fries were a bit mushy for my taste.

Fast friendly service and, more importantly, generous portions of delicious BBQ.
Two of us split the 3 meat and 2 sides plate. It was plenty for us. The pulled pork was my favorite while my husband liked the ribs the best.

Had several big family birthday dinners at Dink's! Always enjoy!

This has been my favorite restaurant since I was a kid and it never disappoints. Introduced the kids to onion strings and got my Special. My day is now complete!

What amazing food! Oklahoma barbecue at its best. Large selection of entrees, HUGE selection of sides (which are all good....). The string onions seem weird but they taste sooooo good. Fried okra was perfectly crispy. Coleslaw was a vinegar slaw, not a cream slaw, which was a welcome palate cleanser. Brisket well seasoned, ribs very tender and just enough sauce - not drowning and not dry. Staff very politely and professionally accommodated our growing party (started as six, ended as ten). Would give more stars if I could.

We live in OKC metro but we go to Bartlesville often to visit with in-laws. Whenever they ask where I want to eat, I am always wanting Dinks. I love their shoe string onions, and the BBQ has never ever disappointed me. You just can't go wrong visiting Dinks.

This place is great. The food was fantastic and our server was awesome. Their bbq sauce is delicious. Definitely going back.

If you're ever up in the bartlesville area this is a place to get barbecue at friendly staff great barbecue sauce and quick service

Burnt ends sandwich was delicious, and I think everyone else enjoyed their food. The inside looks like it had a significant facelift with new flooring, decorations, and wall decor. Great experience on a Saturday night!

Yummy 'ville staple joint with authentic recipes. I can feel and taste the pride that goes into their 'q. It will be nice knowing that their meats are locally sourced. Clean clean clean with friendly, attentive and prompt service.

The interior decor is so fun, and the staff is super friendly. The service was just as excellent as the food, and you really can't beat the price. I can see why it's so famous; it was truly wonderful.

The BBQ- was absolutely fantastic! I am pretty"picky" with BBQ- and my hubby took me here and wow! I had 4 ribs left over baked beans,and potato salad! Hubby got the pit chicken I believe with a difference of sides he chose to get coleslaw ( absolutely great) everything was juicy, hot, and just a fantastic waitress- Thank you Shawn! 😊 Absolutely amazing 👏 nothing short! 10/10- would absolutely recommend

The food was hot and tasted so good. Really not a bad price for the quality of food you get.

We had a party of 6 adults and 4 kids. The service was spot on, and the food was amazing. Size to price comparison was on point! Great tasting food, friendly atmosphere. We weren't rushed out at closing time either. Our waitress was a sweet heart as well.

The best baby back ribs I have since I lived in Arizona the Cole slaw is different but delicious

When I consider BBQ this is my first choice ... My goodness they have an extensive selection of excellent meats and the sauces are superb ... I don't go for BBQ often but when I do it will be at this place ...
