The staff is great. Everytime I have gone in I come out feeling better.

I had an accident and got vertigo from that accident. The person that did the vertigo treatment on me did not fix it. I ended up going to an Ear Nose Throat (ENT) specialist in town and they did the same process with the CORRECT TIMINGS and fixed the issues. The physical therapist did not time it long enough and he also did not tell me to try not to turn my head for 48 hours like the ENT did. The ENT fixed my issue completely, PT was a waste of money. THEN, on top of them NOT fixing it, they charged me $138.58 up front instead of just letting it file through my insurance and had told me that is all I would owe. They then sent me a bill for an additional $66.42 several months later. I tried to talk to someone about it but NO ONE actually handles billing at the location, they outsource it and the outsourced billing is absolutely NO help. Jane Phillips Physical Medicine Center charged $300.50 for ONE visit to my insurance company! So, the moral of the story is that if you want to waste $300 for a single physical therapy visit that probably won't fix your issue, go ahead but you have been warned! St. John's is a huge joke! I now recommend Elder Care physical therapy, it is not just for the elderly!
