Shoe Dept. Encore

Lots of shoes to choose from at reasonable prices. They get new stuff in all the time and are constantly marking prices down. I've seen prices as low as $4.97 in the clearance section. The staff are all friendly and helpful. If you can't find something in the right size, they can order it for you. The place is very clean and well-organized.

Got some $54 Adidas shoes for gym, friendly environment, cool TVs and overall a big location.

Good experience. The cashier willingly went to walk and help my friend find the shoe type he wanted. He wanted slip on shoes. She knew the brands in the store and where all the slip ons were.

He gets shoe shopping anxious bcos stores typically don't have his size or want to help him find what he needs. But we got assistance and extremely helpful to us and everyone who came in.

He found the kind he wanted ASAP. But glad that we found a place where someone was willing to help and no judgment/rude remarks when he ended up finding the ones he wanted quickly 😂.

Also store has a lot of options. I was able to find a style of sandal that would work for...well ..work.

Like this place just wished they carried more of the shoes they have online.

They were out of ALOT of sizes of just about everything we picked out

Too many misleading details on their "sale" items.

I am so unpleased with the customer service of one of the employees there. I was buying a pair of shoes and she was slamming stuff around and got mad because I used cash instead of card . If you are going be in a job like that how about better customer service ! That was ridiculous . It was actually kinda embarrassing because I had my kids with me and they got upset with the way the customer service was . That was the rudest I have ever been treated in a place .

I am so unpleased with customer service. Our customer service associate Marrissa was very rude and unkind. She threw my money on the counter and was slamming the drawers and had an unnecessary attitude towards me and my family. I would not recommend going here.

Arrived at 8:18pm and there was a sign that read "Bathroom break be back in a few". I'm writing this at 8:35 and there's no one has come back! Three customers have come and gone because no one is working. They supposedly close at 9pm.

Got my son a pair of shies he wore 1 day they hurt his feet tried taken them back for another size and they said i couldn't cause he wore them 1 day. Bad customer service
