Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Shawnee

Almost didn’t come here bc of a few of the reviews but so glad we did! Clean, fresh smelling room, hot shower with Alice and Co soaps, quiet (aside from expected road noise) and super kind staff. Also happy to see healthier breakfast options like Greek yogurt and granola with seeds, which can be hard to come by. WiFi was strong enough to take a few work calls. Nice stop on our route between coasts! P.s. to the guy mad he couldn’t make his oatmeal, there’s a carafe of hot water right next to it, no need for a microwave? Lol

Amanda was here when we arrived and checked out! Very kind and efficient and easy to chat with! The hotel is new and super nice! Slept great!

We have stayed here before, and decided to stay here again despite some reviews that didn't seem to be great. But it was just as great this time, as the previous. The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, the staff was quick and friendly. There were several complaints about the air not working, and I think maybe those people didn't realize the air is adjusted by thermostat on the wall (not by the unit itself). We had a great stay, would definitely recommend, and will stay again.

More than I wanted to spend for a hotel, but the customer service at the front desk was very professional. The room was clean and in order; plenty of basic items available. Large shampoo, conditioner, body wash available IN THE SHOWER for use, along with hairdryer. The shower was a glass shower, adding some updated sophistication. Even though it's a small (kind of silly) detail, we liked the personal greeting we received (by name) on the TV when we entered our room; nice touch. I would stay at this hotel again if I had the opportunity.

I was in Shawnee on business and frankly there aren't a lot of options if you're not staying at the casino hotel. This was within walking distance of the facility I needed to work at and over all the staff provided a great deal of service. The hotel didn't seem to have any people in it, but they still made the full breakfast every morning, Etc. They had some really good recommendations on where to eat in the evenings. The room was clean and the whole Space seems very well put together and almost new given the area.

Very polite upon arrival and was able to check in early! This was awesome with the storms rolling in, so our stuff didn't get wet in the back of the truck! Clean room

Clean rooms, friendly front desk staff, great location in Shawnee.
The man at the front desk on the night shift was incredibly kind and funny and made a point of making us feel "at home" by at least acknowledging us every time we came in or out.

I would definitely stay here again based on the room and people working at this location.

Super clean and comfy room and common areas in this relatively new hotel. We had never stayed in a FI before and were very impressed with the accommodations. The FULL breakfast bar was yummy and a wonderful surprise after offerings being limited everywhere by Covid for so long. We will stay here again and will start checking out other FI locations during our travels.

I cannot say enough about this hotel and sweet Miss Annie who was running the show with what LITTLE resources she had to work with!! The hotel systems were down and there was no internet, TV, or key cards but she kept a paper copy to track reservations and had staff ready to let everyone in their room. She truly went above and beyond to help everyone during a time when much of the state is without power.

While driving through OK, we needed a place to stay. This place was great! Clean, quiet, and restful. Would definitely stay again!

Friendly staff, swift check-in process, clean suite, and nice on-site facilities/amenities. It was also very quiet. Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay. I will surely visit again.

The rooms are nice. Housekeeping is fantastic.

Clean. Free breakfast. Nice indoor pool and workout room. No smoking at all. I didn't like the suite only being with one room .

Great place. Always clean. Just far enough off the interstate to be slightly safer and much more quiet...but easy access.

Staff is good housekeepers are nice rooms are nice and well stocked anything we needed they took care of, only problem was other guests seemed to not know how a hotel works
