Ac not performing and seller wouldn't even attempt to resolve. Sean from MGB wouldn't quit until he solved the problem. Also instead of the nearly $3000 bid from seller MGB charged $290.

Awesome company all the way around! The service techs were very friendly, professional and kind. I had a scheduled appt during one of the busiest time of the season. They had an earlier time come available and called to ask if I was available two days prior to my original scheduled appt. They went above and beyond to quickly diagnose, repair and check additional things to prevent future issues. The tech even took time to explain several things about my unit and additional things I can do as homeowner to help extend the life of my unit. I was beyond impress with MGB Plumbing Heating and Air

Incredible service by friendly and professional people. Mike and Shawn were extremely helpful. Shawn is quick and an excellent plumber. He fixed our outdoor faucets, cleaned our air conditioner and tankless water heater in efficient time. We definitely will be using MGB plumbing again and I highly recommend them.

I am remodeling a house in Ramona and needed repiping for sewerage and waterlines done. The plumber I had informed me last minute that he will not be able to proceed with the agreed work due to Covid. Mike came out and told me that they will make time in their already busy schedule. Not only did his team do a great job, but at a very reasonable price. I am so thankful and impressed... and will use MSB for all my plumbing and AC needs in the future ❤

Discovered that my water heater went out at 7am and called them at 9am to make an appointment. They had completely replaced my water heater by 4:30pm and by 6pm I had hot water for my night shift. Thank you so much Sean and Scott for the amazing response time.
