Red Rock Behavioral Health Services - Shawnee Office

Red rock works like everything else in life. You get out of it what you put in to it. I spent lots of time in at red rock from friendship house to job coach to get a job. Then on to college and now allowed the opportunity to add back to my community in shawnee.

I would appreciate Red Rock Behavioral Health of Shawnee Oklahoma helping me and James Snow's Uncle j e r r y r o b e r s o n to get James Earl snow in some way to get him straightened back up on all of his mental Behavior Health medications he calls me names cause my mom name cause my sister needs and he feels up and running my cards and he sends people and then I get the phone call and get drugged out about everything that he is doing it seems like everybody is upholding in it and he's trying to get me in trouble seeing I'm providing them and I never have and I never will I don't know but he needs to grow up and he needs it

This place changed my life. 3 years in the MAT clinic to now 4yrs recovery and I now work here. Love this team!

So far im really impressed with this branch of RedRock and Wendy has been soooo helpful w the concerns and details of my mental state of being along w letting me know exactly what my diagnosis were when I wasnt even told all of them

Not that bad of a place it's clean and when you are done with therapy you get cake and gifts and I go to girls group it's really fun but is can be crazy there sometimes.. In a bad why

Clean facility, helpful employees at the front desk

They listen to you but they dont put your feelings into consideration if anything they take things out on you and lie they deal with your feelings and try to comfort you but that's not what I got

I never feel respected.
They make mistakes like forgetting to notify me that my appointment changed then blame it on me. I run out of medication because I can't get in contact.
I had a counselor who would just not be there when I showed up almost every time.
I get told that I'm not trying and that what they say goes over my head.
So I guess I will just do everything on my own and hope the withdrawal symptoms of stuff they gave me without having a proper conversation don't make me too lethargic.
(Oh and I was video called by them with a Confederate flag in the background)

They publicly humiliate their patients and disrespect them. They caused my homelessness by discharging me without any planning. Didn't get to talk to the doctor but one time. Great place.

Hard to even give 1 star🤨i have a loved one who goes here, and is seen by a a 20 something year old who just moved out of her parents house🤨🤔she doesnt seem to know what she is doing and displays negative emotions like frustration when her patient(my wife) expressed that she doesnt feel like what she was doing is helping and feels pointless. She has been seeing her for a while but all she wants my wife to do is fill out fun quizzes...like.....they know nothing. I could go on and on....

Very disorganized wanted to change my medicine I've been on for years that Mayo Clinic wanted me to stay on.

Waited over a week for a phone call that never came and called them back and then was promptly hung up on and no one bothered to communicate to me that they could help in OKC. Poor management under a woman named Wendy.
