Dr. Ian Cassaday is very professional, compassionate and thorough. He speaks in a way that is easy to understand and is always happy to answer any questions.

Very pleased with everyone who I came in contact with the day of surgery. Very compassionate and caring throughout the whole procedure. Dr. Cassaday is amazing and I would highly recommend him. Took the time to explain everything and even called me the following day to check on me.

Fantastic experience from pre op to discharge. The nurses were wonderful. Anesthesia and Dr. Cassaday were fantastic. Who could imagine having surgery without any pain whatsoever.

Everyone involved w my surgery have done absolutely phenomenal and amazing! Took great care of me as well. Had me so comfortable and relaxed I didn’t even realize I was done with surgery. I will recommend Ian Cassaday to everyone needing surgery. What an amazing hospital staff and team.

Dr. Cassaday was my surgeon today and he was just amazing! He was informative, kind and handled me with the utmost care. Also, I couldn't have asked for a better nursing staff. Everyone was so gentle and kind. I could see they are definitely doing work that they were 'called' to do ❤ Thank you ALL for taking wonderful care of me!

The whole staff was amazing and welcoming. I was an absolute nervous wreck before going back for surgery. I wish I would have caught the name of the nurse who gave me my calming drugs. She looked at me and said “you’re going to be okay. And I’m going to care for you like you’re one of my own children. I promise.” The other nurses did their absolute BEST to take care of me as well and they were so kind to me. My surgeon Doctor Ian Cassaday was so welcoming as well. He did such an amazing job on my surgery. Thank you guys SO much for being my surgery team. 💜

Staff and Medical team went out of their way to answer any and all my questions and concerns before and after the surgery. Would do it again there if I had to. Great Job SSMH.

Dr. Cassaday was excellent from start to finish. He took the time to listen to what was going on with me, he read through all of my records to get a better idea of what was needed. He called me himself to explain the results of the tests that were done...
Pre-surgery prep was a week long event taking every precaution to make sure my body was ready for the surgery and he blocked off enough time for the surgery to make sure it was done right. I am so thankful for the extra care and attention.
I also want to say that ALL of the nursing staff, every person we came in contact with throughout this experience were so professional and sweet. It made a scary experience easier to go through.

I REALLY LIKE DR CASSADAY HE LISTENS AND ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS SO THAT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND!!!! HE IS VERY DIRECT BUT THAT IS A GOOD THING FOR ME I DON'T LIKE IT WHEN YOU GET AN ANSWER THAT YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND!!!!! I HAVE HEARD VERY GOOD THINGS ABOUT HIM!!!!!!!

Absolutely great surgeon. Has an excellent bedside manner. Great personality. Very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. He is not at all annoyed by any questions or concerns that you may have, but quick to answer them completely. Highly recommend.

I was well informed how the surgery would go. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out of the hospital, and I know they’re very busy. Dr Cassaday sat down in my room and talked over all plans when I get home and medications I would be taking . He was very patient and gracious when switching meds to find one that would work for me. I highly recommended SSM St Anthony’s everyone did an outstanding job!
