Very good at what they do there's a smile on the face when you meet them

I used Vision Bank in Sulphur and absolutely loved it. I was so glad there was a Vision Bank in Shawnee when I moved here 4 years ago! Everyone is friendly and nice inside and especially in the drive through.

Anytime I have ever needed help with a card problem, or my account they help me anyway they can. I've never had a bad experience being with this bank, and they always make sure that my account is safe. Best bank I have ever been with definitely recommend if your a first timer looking for a bank to start at, or need a new bank to go to!

I love Vision Bank. I grew up in a town smaller than Shawnee and was accustomed to a local bank where "everyone knows your name". When Vision opened, I knew it was home. I am among the remaining few, in today's society, who believe it is important to go into a bank. I do use the drive-through, but rarely. I know almost every employee by name and most know me. The tellers and CSRs treat everyone as an important customer.--everyone else does too, but they deal with the most people on a daily basis. Gail is my favorite. She always has a smile. I recommend Vision to all my friends.

I absolutely love this place! They are always very helpful. I've had a couple of issues arise, and they fixed it that day. Not sure why the negative reviews. If they ever seem short, not rude, it's because they are busy and trying to get customers taken care of quickly. When they have a moment, they are the best, sweetest ladies! They are handling business in a timely manner. I recommend this bank to everyone!

100% best customer service from a bank in Shawnee Oklahoma. They also have amazing... amazing auto loan rates. I have switched to them after a bad experience with my last bank a year ago, and they have yet to disappoint me. Super great!

I called the Bank in Shawnee with a major issue and first spoke with Shari (supervisor). She kindly listened and asked questions for clarification. She referred me to Wendy West and advised me that she had talked with her and she would return my call. She did return the call resolved all the issues in just a few days. They went far beyond from what I had expected with the sensitivity at hand. Excellent management at this bank and would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much!

I don’t usually write reviews but felt this one was important. Not sure why negative reviews. I have been banking here a long time and have never had any issues from daily banking to loans.
