Janna and the staff at the branch on E G’ville St are AMAZING!! They are SO personable, helpful, and friendly. They call you by name. Even if you come in to navigate financial situations you’re not familiar with, they are patient and helpful. I’ll go out of my way to use this branch!

Customer service is TERRIBLE. They just follow a script and keep going with it even if it doesn’t make sense for the circumstances.

After spending an hour and a half on hold to speak with a representative I was given a different number to call. I called the given number only for it to say it was no longer in service and to call the number that just told me to call the out of service number. What a joke of a company. Don’t waste you time go somewhere else with your time and money.

Horrible bank that does not deal with cash. For years I deposited my mortgage payment then one day I'm demanded to open an account or I cant give them my mortgage. So now I go to Publix to get money orders they are horrible
