Forest Lawn Memorial Park

My in-laws are interred at Oak Lawn, but I had lost that information over the years. Now my adult son is travelling between Atlanta and NC and wanted to stop by to see them. The folks at Forrest Lawn were VERY HELPFUL in getting me to the right address and even capturing an image of Oak Lawn to send to my son while he's travelling north on I-85. A special moment enabled by special people! Thanks so much!

I lost my husband may 18 2019!!! They were super nice and very respectful!!! You get what you pay for. My mother in laws bronze was purchased elsewhere and the vase is awful to put flowers in. My husbands is perfect.

Friendly and comfortable making plans

This is a nice cemetary but the funeral home used a cracked vault and a dented casket to bury my mother who died January 12,2004, and won’t allow you to put a marker on her grave unless you pay the high outrageous price of the grave markers ,so still at this time my mom only has the temporary grave marker on it.
I hope the owners of forest lawn and mcdougsll funeral home find a cool spot in hell cause that’s where greedy people belong.

Wow, high prices on bronzes here. They require a bronze marker then charge you top dollar for it. Forest Lawn is owned by McDougal and they are fine people but very pricey. Shop around; I looked at all the options and bought mine eventually at Discount Monuments and saved about $500. Nice folks, great prices, small family company.

To be such a beautiful cemetery, I wouldn’t trust anyone there. The groundskeepers are thieves! I wouldn’t trust anything of value on the property nor left in a casket. Y’all don’t even deserve 1 star

Very expensive!! If you get someone else to make the head stone because they can make the same stones for cheaper prices. Forest Lawn still charges outrageous prices for perpetual "fees" then calls you back and tells you that you still owe them $125 more cause they didn't add it in to what you have already paid! Total rip off! They bought their plots back in the 1970's and still If we had know my Granny would have never been buried there! But now we know and we won't use this rip off place ever again! And they could careless if you are a veteran!! Beware Veterans I hope you not planning on being buries here! Never will I recommend this place to anyone!
