Dr. Cupp and all of her staff were extremely nice and comforting. The nurse and her were very thorough and talked me through everything, which I loved. I highly recommend them! I dont think I've ever had a better doctor office experience!

Dr. Cupp and staff are absolutely amazing. Whole staff is friendly, kind, caring and listens to every concern you have. They offered several options to deal with my problem and listened to what I wanted to achieve. Best podiatrist we have ever seen. Worth the trip from Kansas.

Dr. Cupp is one of the most thorough doctor’s I have met. She is always very friendly and willing to help in every way. She shows great attention to detail and because of her amazing ability to think outside of the box, she recommended I have additional testing done and I actually found out that I was dangerously low on vitamin D. I highly recommend Dr. Cupp and my family and I will continue to visit her for our podiatry needs

She was very nice! Pinned point my issue and went Beyond And did blood work on me to make sure sure it's not something more! Her nurse was so nice also and the ladies that work in the office where nice and had smiles on their faces! Thank you guys for helping me to figure out what's going on.

I wish all of my doctors appointments could be as pleasant as this one. Dr. Cupp is great and her staff makes you feel very welcome. Good job girls!!

I first saw Dr. Cupp about a year ago. I had plantar fasciitis which caused severe heel pain. She ‘cured’ it with a shot and new shoes. I have not had heel pain since. Her and her staff are always so friendly. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely the best! Dr. Cupp had to amputate my infected toe & did a fantastic job. I was scared, but she helped me through it. Excellent doctor & surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Cupp & her staff to anyone with toe, foot or ankle trouble. MIKE

Had a horrible experience with Tulsa Bone and Joint in bartlesville ok and finally got to go see Dr Cupp she is amazing and I can not Express how grateful I am at the age of 22 I thought I was going to have to live the rest of my life with this pain now there is no pain and I am 100% better thank you to the Staff and Dr Nicole Cupp for treating me like family from day 1

As a contractor, i get only 30 or 45mins break. Here it helped me a lot. Too short waiting time. . Very helpful. Best doctor i ever visited

Been here twice in the last 6 month's. Both times waited more than 15 minutes after appointment time to be called back to the room. Then another 30+ minutes to be seen. Don't expect to be seen on time. Doctor and nurses are nice amd do a good job.

so in 2018 i was admitted to the hospital and had t 2 toes amputated i was told it wouldn't cost a dime. no 7/28/21 my gp made a referral for me at dr. cupps office now i do have sooner care witch they do accept but wont take my sooner care because i have a ballance that i was told i wouldnt have. i see from reading these reviews the lying isnt somthing new to this office.

Injured my ankle, walked on it regardless of the pain for a few months, broke down went to my GP, who sent me to Dr. Nicole Cupp in Bartlesville. Dr Cupp sends me for an MRI and also physical therapy. Physical therapist reports no improvements at all after 6 weeks. Dr Nicole Cupp then asks me if I want a shot in my ankle, and that a shot is all she can do for me since PT didn’t help, and because she says my MRI looks ok to her. I leave without shot. I ask my GP to refer me to a different Podiatrist, who gets me into his office, immediately sends me for new MRIs bc he explains the first MRI was so poorly done, that he couldn’t read anything from it. But can tell from the state of my foot that something is obviously wrong. New MRIs show major tendon and ligament damage, also shows bones that have moved out of place. Was immediately scheduled for surgery. I’m now post surgery by about a week. I’m beyond grateful for the surgeon that took the time to actual fix what was wrong, instead of just offering me a shot and telling me that nothing at all was wrong with my foot or ankle. If only we lived in a world where, when done wrong by a medical professional, that they’d at least offer you some type of explanation... So brief synapses, I would absolutely NOT, In any situation small or great, recommend Dr. Nicole Cupp. She not only lied in my case to me, but showed a profound lack of the most mundane empathy towards a fellow person, much less her patient.
