I'd been looking for 2 specific vehicles for about 6 months. I test drove a few, none nor the dealership felt right. When I came across the listing Sean put on Marketplace, I responded because it was exactly what I'd been looking for. I drove the 45 minutes and right away felt at ease. Sean wasn't pushy, was knowledgeable and was very upfront and honest. He patiently waited and talked things through with me until after closing to make sure I was comfortable with the decision. Couldn't have asked for a better sales rep and highly recommend him. Alex was also great. He made the financing part very comfortable, and he also took some extra time to answer all of the questions. I left very pleased with my experience.

We had the awesome experience of working with Sean today. It was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Patriot and Sean. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Patriot and I no dissatisfaction from me!

Today, Alex Pruitt called back and apologized. He admits that he dropped the ball on getting back to us. He now has a goal to work better on getting back to people. He also made sure that I had no further questions or needs before hanging up.

We received our check and paperwork. Still upset that I haven't been called back when I called numerous times and left messages. That's why the rating is NOT 5 star!

So while I had a decent experience at first, but now I'm having trouble getting ahold of Alex Pruitt! I have emailed and not gotten a response. I have called numerous times and not gotten a call back! We sold them our car (back in Dec 2023) for this one, but still haven't received our check for it. I'm upset with the customer experience now! And until I get the information I'm requesting and my check for the car I sold them, I refuse to update this review! 😤

Samuel went above and beyond to find me the palisade I was looking for. He was friendly and patient. This is my 4th vehicle to purchase from the lot, and one of my best experiences. Thank you for making this process easy.

By far the best dealer ship i have ever been to they go above and beyond to make sure you drive home in a new car that day Doug Dainty was our salesman and he is awesome super nice guy and does everything he can for you. Although I didn’t buy a car here, I wanted to give a shout out to one of their employees, Kasey. We stopped in to look at a possible option for a new car, and did a test drive. She was friendly, patient & best of all no pressure! If I had decided on that car, I’m glad we would have been dealing with her.

We didn't end up purchasing from them because we were needing a vehicle in short order and it wasn't onsite yet but the staff here were great. They were willing to work with us on getting the best deal and weren't pushy at all. I have no reservations on sending friends and family to Patriot.
