Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bartlesville

Our original hotel was hit by the tornado and my family and I were coming from way out of state. They easily took us in on extremely short notice and it was amazing. The breakfast wasn't bad at all and had a good selection and was fresh. The beds were....not bad? Extremely bouncy and hard at the same time. The pillows were fluffy and flat. (I'm not exaggerating) but the staff, oh my gods. They were amazing all around. Everything was weirdly spotless with how many people that were in the hotel.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff was welcoming. Every time we were in the lobby we were spoke to by staff as if we were good friends. So refreshing. Even recommended restaurants to us when asked. This hotel is clean and the rooms are very quiet!!! We enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again.

Employee at the front desk was super friendly, checked us in quickly, and was very helpful in pointing out places to eat that were still open- we arrived almost at midnight after driving 23 hrs from CA for a funeral!! The beds were soooo comfortable, the shower worked just fine, breakfast was the typical hotel morning breakfast, but yummy just the same. At check out, the hotel manager was super sweet and helpful as well! Great place to stay.

Absolutely no issues or concerns during our stay. Just know that this is an older hotel. We expected to find a hot tub as shown in their website pictures but they no longer have one available. Great staff and nice hot breakfast.

I gave full stars for the room because it's very clean, the bathe room spotless, and the soaps very nice. I have a bad back, so the bed was not for me but 100 times better than the motorhome bed. The breakfast was very good. The room was so cool. Being from Cali, the humidity was killing me. Yes, I would definitely stay here again!

We've never stayed in one hotel for six nights straight, but we did just that at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Bartlesville, OK, and it could not have been a better experience! Clean, clean, clean--both our room and the public areas. We went barefoot in our room. We never go barefoot in a hotel room. The carpet looked like it could have been installed last week. Clean and new. We had a lovely, spacious room/suite whose layout I'd like to duplicate at home. The mattress, pillows, linens, sofa, accent pillows, furniture, décor . . . every detail was comfortable, tasteful, and attractive. The bathroom had lots of counter space, a great showerhead, a quiet flush :-), and inlaid tile floor. What hotel bathroom has an inlaid tile floor?? Amazing! Husband loved the heated indoor pool and swam every day were were here.

I'm sitting in the quality office chair at the ample desk typing this review wishing our time was not coming to an end tomorrow. The pleasant, hard-working staff led by Brittany, the GM, was courteous and accommodating, greeting us as we would come and go. A public water main break early in our stay that left the hotel without water and even closed schools in the area was communicated to each guest by a detailed explanation and apology-for-the-inconvenience notice slipped under each guest's door. Somehow, the staff managed to still serve their daily delicious breakfast--coffee and all. And there was no water. How?

I cannot say enough positives about our stay here. If we could give this hotel a higher than a 5-star rating, we would.

Out here on a business trip and had to write a review because the guy behind the service desk has been absolutely amazing! John has gone out of his way to make sure I’m happy and it’s very much appreciated!! Thank you John for making me feel welcomed!!

I checked out this morning after a 2 night stay and the stay was wonderful. Some great breakfast and coffee in the morning, plus the room was very clean, and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. My daughter was sad to leave, the beds were so comfy! Very quiet and relaxing and will most definitely be staying again, hopefully in the near future!

I loved staying here! The rooms and pool are great and the employees are so nice! My receptionist, Emily, was very friendly and made me feel like family.

Our family loved this hotel! Very nice, clean room, and a full, hot breakfast. Our kids loved the waffles, the omelets, sausage, and all the add-in options for oatmeal. Coffee was very good, too, which is not always the case with hotel breakfasts. Staff was friendly and helpful, although we didn't need much. A nice place to stay in Bartlesville.

The staff was amazing! They were very friendly and took care of all your needs. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. The prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend staying here. Look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Very nice Marriott with great staff. They don't have streaming services like HBO or Showtime but that was not important to me. Comfortable beds and great water pressure.

Excellent hotel. We were a little disappointed that the pool was closed but everything else was perfect! Very clean, excellent atmosphere, delicious breakfast with a large variety of food, and great staff! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great customer service. Love the pool and hot tub. Breakfast is really good and yes they are serving hot breakfast, which is awesome. Brittany who works the front as well as helping anywhere else that's needed.. she also gives great customer service.

Miss Cara (not sure if I spelled her name right) the housekeeper is amazing. Super helpful, friendly, and thorough with her work. She dealt with my plethora of requests respectfully and fulfilled them as I asked. My bed is comfy, trash has been taken, and tub has been scrubbed. Good job girl! You rock! With that being said, I’m not a SUPER picky person but if I was it’s very clean and the breakfast is great! It’s free so what’s better than that? 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 also, Donald who works at night is amazing. We were starving after our late work shifts and he allowed us to grab some cereal, and toast, etc. I would definitely stay here again. Love you all!

Great people and service. Breakfast is provided and ready very early. Elevators are the only issue in this location. Most of the times only one is working and you will end up waiting for a long time in the morning. IF you can get the lower floors you avoid elevators.

This is a great hotel! Me and my family stayed for almost two weeks! Customer service was awesome! Housekeeping was awesome, those girls were on their game!! I have 3 children and it was snowing outside, so spent a lot of time in the pool. There was one time when I thought the chlorine would suffocate us BC it was so strong. I saw the hotel fill up to max with people and still the staff was professional and did great jobs espically house keeping. Dejuan at the front desk was the best! He had such great customer service, personable, always helped when needed, worked with my humans on the room we needed! He was awesome! When my family visits from Florida I will tell them to stay here

I'm a long time Marriott rewards member and Fairfield definitely meets the Marriott standard. We had several friends also stay and each expressed their opinion of how great the Marriott was compared to their stays at other brands. We attended a funeral for a dear friend so our stay was not pleasurable except for the service provided by the Marriott. The breakfast was good, plentiful and hot, with enough selections for even a picky child.
